2 fleece robes with Sherpa cuffs and collars
The Sherpa material on these robes seems to attract a lot of lint and leaves, even after I washed them in cool water. I was really let down by the quality, especially since one of the robes already looks worn out with the hanging loop breaking. Considering the price, I expected these robes to be more durable, but they don't hold up as well as cheaper options like a robe from Costco or Land's End.
Great bra, terrible website and customer service
This bra is a total game-changer for me. It's just so hard to find my size and color in stores, so I decided to check out the website instead. But man, let me tell you, navigating that website is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! It's just so confusing and annoying, it seriously took me forever to pick out the right size and color. And don't even get me started on their exchange policy - or should I say, their lack of one! I've never felt so unappreciated as a customer shopping online. I guess I'll just keep the bras I ordered, even though they're a little small, because dealing with this website and their customer service is just not worth the trouble.
Chemise purchase, Natori label, poor quality
I gotta tell you, don't bother with Natori stuff. I got one of their chemises from a store recently and man, what a letdown. The fabric felt cheap, was all static-y, and just didn't sit right on my skin. And when I tried to talk to Herroom about it, they just brushed me off. Natori themselves didn't seem to give a darn about their customers or their products. Just avoid anything with their label on it - save yourself the headache.
Three bras
I recently bought three bras and I gotta say, I'm super bummed about the quality. The nude Cushioned Comfort Contour Underwire Bra fits awful and looks weird under most shirts, even though I got the right size. The underwire popped out of The Bliss Perfection Contour Underwire Bra and the Feathers Contour Plunge Bra within a month of buying them. They only lasted about 10-15 wears and 5 washes, which is not okay for the price I paid. My Victoria's Secret bras have lasted me years with no problems, so there's definitely a big difference in quality. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying bras from this company.
Return processing delay
It's been 5 weeks since I sent back my item and I still haven't gotten my refund, even though I checked the tracking number. I tried getting in touch with the company two weeks ago and followed up twice, but I haven't heard anything back or gotten this sorted out. This kind of service is just not ok.
Scratchy bras and annoying boy shorts
I bought some bras and boy shorts here thinking they'd be comfortable, but they ended up being so scratchy and irritating. I spent over 70 bucks on a bra, cut off the tag, and then noticed that the strap was chafing my chest due to a rough sewn edge. Ouch! Plus, the clasp in the front stopped securing after wearing it just once. The lace boy shorts were a mess as well - they constantly rode up and were extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't even return them without paying a restocking fee, so it seems like I just threw my money away.
Silk dressing gown
It feels like this company doesn't give a darn about their customers. It took forever for my silk dressing gown to finally show up, and when it did, the fabric and color were totally different from what they showed online. Of course, I decided to send it back. But get this - they actually had the nerve to charge me $9 just to deal with their mess-up. Needless to say, they won't be getting any more of my business.
Overpriced lingerie
Don't bother spending your money on this lingerie, it's way too expensive and the quality is just awful. I washed it once and it practically fell apart like tissue paper. And the customer service? Terrible. They never help and never take responsibility. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for better stuff and service.
Natori two-piece pajama sets
I got some Natori pajama sets with matching tops and bottoms for casual wear, hosting guests, and quick trips out. The fabrics are nice and hold up well in the wash, but the pajamas themselves didn't quite meet my expectations. The buttons on the tops kept coming off, and the tassels on the drawstring pants fell apart after just one wash. The sizing was all over the place, with some pieces feeling too tight and others falling apart after one wear. It seems like Natori is more focused on pumping out a lot of products at different price points rather than focusing on quality. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and questioning if Natori really pays attention to the details in their products. Next time, I'd suggest checking everything thoroughly before buying and being ready to return anything that doesn't hold up.
