I’m glad the order existed, but the delivery experience was a mess. I first saw BannerBuzz after a coworker shared a link (I actually bookmarked it to show someone later), so I was already leaning positive when I ordered. Then things got weird. I placed the order on Aug 17 and got a ship notice a few days later with an estimated arrival. Fine. Except when tracking said it was delivered, it wasn’t at my house — the photo proof showed a gray door with orange brick and pink flowers. My house? White door, brown brick, potted plants. Totally different. So yeah, delivered somewhere else.
I called BannerBuzz because that’s what you do, right? The person who picked up basically told me to file an online query — which, sure, but that’s exactly why I called in the first place. I did the form, was told I’d hear back in 24 hours, and then... crickets for most of the day. Finally got a response late afternoon from a rep named Glen. He sounded like he was reading from notes and was a bit off on details (he mentioned FedEx and weekends even though UPS was the carrier and it was a Thursday). He kept saying UPS shows it was delivered so there’s nothing he can do. Which, yes, technically true — delivered — but not to me.
Small bright spots: the tracking photo was clear enough that my bank could see it wasn’t my front door, and they actually offered to step in if BannerBuzz didn’t refund. Also the banner itself (if it ever shows up) looked like it would have been well made from the preview — a surprise positive in an otherwise annoying situation. I tipped a friend about the product itself because the item looked legit, but told them to be cautious about the delivery process.
So, bottom line: product seemed promising, customer support was clunky and slow, and the delivery mix-up was the main headache. I’m hopeful for a refund, and the bank’s willingness to help was reassuring. Not a total disaster, but definitely a frustrating runaround.Wrong door, right outcome
05 AM I got the shipped email. Estimated delivery was 08/27. Then the tracking said delivered a day earlier. I checked UPS and saw their proof of delivery picture. Grey door. Orange bricks. Pink flowers to the right. My front door is white. Brown bricks. I have plants, not pink flowers. Neighbors don’t match that picture either. So clearly it wasn’t dropped at my place. I called BannerBuzz and the person told me to log a query online because she couldn’t help. That felt useless. I filed the online request as instructed and was told I’d get a reply within 24 hours. I did not. I only heard back at 5:50 PM from a guy named Glen. His reply had mistakes. He mentioned FedEx and weekend delays, which was odd since the carrier on the tracking was UPS and the day was a Thursday. He basically said UPS claims it’s delivered so there was nothing he could do. That line almost sounded like it was the end of the conversation, but it wasn’t. I pushed back and asked for a refund. I also contacted my bank and explained the mismatch between the photo and my address. The bank said they’d assist with a chargeback if BannerBuzz wouldn’t refund. After that, and after a little back-and-forth, BannerBuzz issued a refund. It wasn’t fast. It wasn’t smooth. But in the end the money came back and that was the relief point. One thing to call out: check the proof-of-delivery photo as soon as you get a delivery notification. If it’s wrong, document it and contact your bank early. My takeaway is skeptical at first — customer service could be tighter and more accurate — but it did resolve. I’m left thinking they can do better, but at least they corrected it after pushback.
Express delivery
I'm really frustrated right now! I paid more for express delivery, but they totally misled me about when it would get here. Now I have to wait way longer than I expected. I definitely would've chosen a different option if I had known this was gonna be the case. Ugh, so annoying!
Rush order, overseas printing
I had a frustrating experience with my rush order from this company. I reached out to customer service a few times to make sure my project would be printed in the US and delivered on time, but it ended up being printed overseas and missing my deadline. I had to shell out more cash to get it reprinted somewhere else, and the customer service wasn't very helpful in fixing things. Even though their work is good quality, they really need to work on meeting deadlines.
Vinyl banners
I've ordered vinyl banners several times and every time I have been really happy with the quality, service, and pricing. The folks at this company are super patient, especially for beginners like me who are just starting out with design. They always get my orders done quicker than I thought they would. I definitely plan on telling others about this company.

I recently ordered some customized greeting cards from this company, and let me tell you, I am absolutely blown away by how great they turned out. The ordering process was an absolute disaster right from the beginning. Customer service was terrible, and to top it off, my order didn't arrive on time. I had such a tough time getting in touch with someone in customer service about a small change I wanted to make to the proof. But, in the end, when I finally got the product, it was really good quality and exactly what I was looking for.

I've been getting business banners for my company for about 5-6 years now, and I'm always amazed at how great the quality is. The material is tough and the colors really pop, making our events and promos really stand out. The design part is easy, and we always get our banners super fast, right in time for our events. I had such an awesome time working with this company to make a sign for my store. The sign turned out just how I pictured it, with my logo looking spot on. Their customer service rocked, and the shipping was super fast. I'll definitely be going back to them for all my advertising stuff from now on.

Senior banners and convention signs.
Oh my gosh, I really love this place for my senior banners and convention signs! They always turn out so awesome and I’ve never had any issues with them. I’ve gone to them a few times now and I’m always really pleased with the end result. The quality is amazing and the colors always look so vibrant.
Embroidered logo ordered
I was really upset with how this company handled my order. They didn't communicate well or act professionally. Even after I told them they couldn't fulfill my order, they kept ignoring my requests to cancel and get a refund. They suggested weird alternatives or changing my logo instead of just giving me my money back. It's not right at all and now I have to do something else to get my money back.
Vinyl banners
This is actually my third time ordering vinyl banners, and it's been a mixed bag with the delivery times. The first one came way earlier than I thought, but the second one was late. But I gotta say, the print quality on both banners was really impressive. And the customer service team has been top-notch - quick to reply and super nice every time. Plus, the pricing is really good for such high-quality products.

I had a really bad experience. The communication was awful and it was confusing. I thought the company was from Canada, but it turns out my order was actually from India. Everything seemed unorganized and now I feel upset and like I was tricked. I wouldn't suggest this company if you want things to be clear and honest.
Flags purchase for event
I bought some flags on May 11th, thinking I'd get them by May 25th for an event. But BannerBuzz's customer service was awful the whole time. Even though everything seemed on schedule for a May 21st delivery, they kept pushing my order back without telling me until the last minute. When I asked for a refund because of the delays, they said I couldn't cancel at that point. The lack of communication about the delays was super frustrating and unprofessional. I had to basically fight for my order and pay for faster shipping just to get it on May 28th, way after my event. The whole thing was a complete waste of time and money.
Easy to use website, great prices
The website is so easy to use, and I always find awesome deals and discounts. I really like that they are always running promotions and the prices are really good. Every time I get my order, it looks amazing! Thanks for always being dependable and taking good care of my orders!
Trade show displays
I got some trade show displays and I gotta say, they were top-notch. They came super fast and the quality was even better than I expected. My booth at the trade show really stood out thanks to those displays. Setting up was a piece of cake because the products were so great. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Urgent express shipping
I recently bought something online and paid extra for express shipping because I needed it for a special event. But turns out the company is actually in India, not where they said they were from on their website. My package has been stuck in transit for days now, and they're not doing anything about it. I've tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times, but they're not trying to fix it or even give me a solution. It's so frustrating because now I missed my deadline and wasted my money.

The staff is useless, I had to call multiple times and still didn't get a quote. Nick is so slow, just a heads up maybe try another company.
