Ordered large fabric banners for tradeshow
I got these huge fabric banners for my tradeshow stand and man, I was blown away by how amazing the printing was! The price was much cheaper than other places I checked out, but the quality was top-notch. At first, I was a little worried about the quality for the price, but man, it was fantastic!
I did run into a few issues when I was finalizing my design, but I just gave them a call and they helped me out every time. The team members were really helpful and patient with me.

Express delivery
I'm really frustrated right now! I paid more for express delivery, but they totally misled me about when it would get here. Now I have to wait way longer than I expected. I definitely would've chosen a different option if I had known this was gonna be the case. Ugh, so annoying!
Rush order, overseas printing
I had a frustrating experience with my rush order from this company. I reached out to customer service a few times to make sure my project would be printed in the US and delivered on time, but it ended up being printed overseas and missing my deadline. I had to shell out more cash to get it reprinted somewhere else, and the customer service wasn't very helpful in fixing things. Even though their work is good quality, they really need to work on meeting deadlines.
Vinyl banners
This is actually my third time ordering vinyl banners, and it's been a mixed bag with the delivery times. The first one came way earlier than I thought, but the second one was late. But I gotta say, the print quality on both banners was really impressive. And the customer service team has been top-notch - quick to reply and super nice every time. The ordering process was an absolute disaster right from the beginning. Customer service was terrible, and to top it off, my order didn't arrive on time. I had such a tough time getting in touch with someone in customer service about a small change I wanted to make to the proof. But, in the end, when I finally got the product, it was really good quality and exactly what I was looking for.

I had such an awesome time working with this company to make a sign for my store. The sign turned out just how I pictured it, with my logo looking spot on. Their customer service rocked, and the shipping was super fast. I'll definitely be going back to them for all my advertising stuff from now on.

Banner-making services are so great. They keep you informed on the progress of your order and make sure you receive it when you need it. They have been a lifesaver for me whenever I need banners for my lemonade stand.
Senior banners and convention signs.
Oh my gosh, I really love this place for my senior banners and convention signs! They always turn out so awesome and I’ve never had any issues with them. I’ve gone to them a few times now and I’m always really pleased with the end result. The quality is amazing and the colors always look so vibrant.
Embroidered logo ordered
I was really upset with how this company handled my order. They didn't communicate well or act professionally. Even after I told them they couldn't fulfill my order, they kept ignoring my requests to cancel and get a refund. They suggested weird alternatives or changing my logo instead of just giving me my money back. It's not right at all and now I have to do something else to get my money back.
Large vinyl banner
I had a really bad experience. The communication was awful and it was confusing. I thought the company was from Canada, but it turns out my order was actually from India. Everything seemed unorganized and now I feel upset and like I was tricked. I wouldn't suggest this company if you want things to be clear and honest.
Flags purchase for event
I bought some flags on May 11th, thinking I'd get them by May 25th for an event. But BannerBuzz's customer service was awful the whole time. Even though everything seemed on schedule for a May 21st delivery, they kept pushing my order back without telling me until the last minute. When I asked for a refund because of the delays, they said I couldn't cancel at that point. The lack of communication about the delays was super frustrating and unprofessional. I had to basically fight for my order and pay for faster shipping just to get it on May 28th, way after my event. The whole thing was a complete waste of time and money.
Easy to use website, great prices
The website is so easy to use, and I always find awesome deals and discounts. I really like that they are always running promotions and the prices are really good. Every time I get my order, it looks amazing! Thanks for always being dependable and taking good care of my orders!
