Mirror purchase
I picked up an awesome mirror at the store, and it was the last one left! Eglee was so nice and helped me out. Then Danielle was super patient and helped with the delivery. I'm loving my new mirror!
Solid furniture purchase
The order actually took a little longer than we thought - about 6 weeks to show up. But when it finally came, the furniture was really well-made and sturdy. Plus, the delivery guys, Tanka & Udaya, were super nice, helpful, and right on time. Their excellent service definitely made up for the long wait to get our stuff.
Garden furniture delivery
The delivery of our garden furniture was kind of rough because Neil's coworker was sick and he had to unload the big order by himself. But even with those obstacles, Neil handled it really well. He was nice, helpful, and made sure everything got delivered safely. We were really impressed by how dedicated and hard-working he was, and we're so thankful for everything he did to make sure our order got to us. Thanks a lot, Neil, for doing such a great job.
Sofa and prints purchase
I just bought a sofa and some prints from this company for my home makeover. Turns out, the prints got messed up during shipping because they weren't packaged properly. So, I contacted customer service about it, and they told me I wouldn't be able to get replacements until September. They also said I could keep the messed up prints but would only get a 20% discount. I've been a loyal customer and spent a lot of money at this company over the years, so I was pretty disappointed by the way they handled it. It seems like the online customer service folks aren't as well-trained or caring as the people in the actual stores.
Bed and Box Springs
Tony and Darion were amazing! They were so friendly and made it a breeze to get my new bed and box springs up to my third-floor bedroom. I seriously couldn't have done it without their help.
Disappointing experience
The info we gave when we ordered was wrong, which was super frustrating. The customer service was really bad - no one called us back, helped us out, or explained anything. One person on their staff was even rude. We tried to change our delivery day to fit our schedule, but they said no. We did end up getting our stuff, but the terrible communication and customer service made a bad impression. We're definitely not gonna use this company again.
Recent Harrogate store visit
I recently went to the store in Harrogate, and let me tell you, it was amazing. The staff, especially Fleur, were super helpful and knew their stuff. Fleur not only helped us with some issues we had with an online order but also gave us great advice on picking out the perfect lamps, lampshades, and side tables. Her design skills and product knowledge were top-notch, and she was great to talk to. We left the store with a bunch of new stuff and even made another online order soon after. The Harrogate store was really impressive and went above and beyond my expectations, especially compared to the so-so service at the Chelsea store.
Coffee Table, Accent Chairs
I just bought a Coffee Table and Accent Chairs from this company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The Coffee Table is both sturdy and stylish, and the Accent Chairs are even nicer than I remembered from the store. Tanka and Mark provided exceptional service - they were so friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of top-notch furniture.
Mirrors purchase
I bought two mirrors from this company not too long ago and I have to say, my experience was pretty disappointing. I placed my order back in March and was told I'd get the mirrors in two weeks. Unfortunately, it took five weeks of me bugging them before they finally said the mirrors were on their way. Even then, two more weeks went by and I still didn't have the mirrors, and my emails to them went unanswered. I asked for a refund, but I still haven't heard back. The customer service here is really terrible, and it doesn't make the company look good at all.
Fast delivery, excellent service
The delivery was really fast, and the delivery guys were amazing. They were nice, careful, and quick when setting up everything in my house. They even took away all the packaging, and I was really happy with how everything turned out. I’ll definitely shop here again! I highly recommend it.
Furniture purchase
I bought some furniture at the store not long ago and I gotta say, the staff there really went above and beyond to help me out. They showed me around, explained all the different options, and just made the whole process a lot smoother. I really appreciate their help.

I got some awesome bedding and curtains from this store. Tony and Darion were so friendly and helpful when I was choosing things. The delivery was really quick and everything was wrapped up nicely. I'm so pleased with my purchase!
Infinity mirror lamp
Oh my gosh, I got this really awesome infinity mirror lamp from this amazing website! The website was super easy to navigate and I didn't have any issues buying it. The lamp is fantastic and looks really cool in my room. I definitely recommend it!
Desk delivery
I was really impressed with the delivery service from this company. They emailed me with a 2-hour delivery window and the van showed up right on time on the scheduled day. Terry and Darian, the delivery drivers, were amazing. They were not only polite, but they also took care in moving my new desk upstairs for assembly. They made sure it was placed correctly and even helped me move my old desk downstairs for disposal. Terry and Darian really showed excellent customer service and professionalism.
Delivery experience
The other day, I was supposed to get a delivery at my place but something came up and the delivery folks had to hang out on my porch for 15 minutes. When I finally got there, I was really happy to see that they were cool about it and super friendly. It was really nice of them to not get annoyed even though it was a hassle. I really admired their professionalism and their positive attitude.
rug and furniture cancellation
I'm really upset with how this company is handling my return and cancellation requests. It's been more than two weeks since I asked for them, and I haven't heard anything back or received any credit. I expected better from a company with a good reputation, but my experience has been the opposite. They still owe me over $2000, and I no longer trust them as a reliable business. I was thinking of buying some things during their garden furniture event, but now I wouldn't risk my money with them.
Large rug purchase
Buying the big rug from OKA Direct was super easy and fun. When it showed up, it was just like they said online - great quality and looked just right. But what really made a difference was the awesome customer service we got at the Bath store. The staff there went above and beyond, helping us with the heavy rugs and making sure we picked out the perfect one for our room.
Home office desk
I just bought a home office desk from this store and I have to say, the whole experience was really great. The lady helping me, Brooke, was super patient and really went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I found the perfect desk for my home office.
I was also really impressed by how well the desk was wrapped up – it arrived in perfect condition. And I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was delivered to the store. It made getting my new desk a lot easier and faster.Warehouse sale event in Didcot
I went to the warehouse sale event in Didcot not too long ago and man, it was amazing! The staff there, especially Fleur, were so helpful and nice. Fleur really went out of her way to help me find what I needed, which made shopping there so much fun. The customer service was top-notch and I was really impressed with how well they took care of me.
Sideboard purchase
We bought this really nice sideboard online that looked so pretty in the pictures with its creamy distressed finish. But when it got here, we were bummed to see that it was actually more of a dark grey-green color. We reached out to Customer Service and showed them the photos of what we got versus what we saw online, and they admitted that it was because of the lighting when they took the pictures. They only offered to give us our money back and didn't offer any other solutions. The size and style of the sideboard are great, but now we have to spend more to repaint it because OKA wouldn't give us a partial refund. We're pretty disappointed in how they handled things since the mistake was clearly on their end.
