Wrong size harness and collar
As a newbie dog owner, I messed up and got the wrong size harness and collar for my cute pup. When I tried to fix it through customer service, they told me they couldn't help because my order was from another country. I was pretty bummed about the lack of help, especially since I'm new to them. I won't be buying stuff from them again.

Four items purchased for Christmas
I bought four things from this place for Christmas, thinking I had everything planned out and under control. But nope, that wasn't the case at all! I placed my order on December 1st, expecting everything to arrive before Christmas. Turns out, only one item actually shipped on the 16th, and to make matters worse, one of the things I ordered was out of stock. So there I was, scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement gift because this place promised fast shipping but didn't deliver. And guess what? I never even received the missing item before Christmas. It's like they didn't even care about making my Christmas special or something! So disappointed.

Firm high loft pillow
The pillow I got was totally different than what was advertised. It wasn't firm at all and barely had any fluff in it. Getting it sent back was a pain and I ended up having to shell out for shipping. After jumping through hoops, I finally got the go-ahead for the return. But here we are, more than 3 weeks later and still no sign of my refund.

$90 sweatpants
I bought these $90 sweatpants from this company and man, their return policy is a real letdown. So I'm trying to take them back because I found a few random hairs on them, right? But they straight up said no way to the return. They didn't even give me a good reason for saying no, and the return policy they mentioned doesn't even say anything about hair as a reason for not taking things back. Dealing with a company that talks big about their prices but can't handle simple customer service or returns is just frustrating.

All-terrain longboard
I bought an all-terrain longboard back on July 7th, but I still haven't gotten it. It's been kind of a letdown dealing with the company because they haven't been great at keeping me in the loop. I've asked them about my order, but they haven't given me any real answers about when I can expect it. The website says it's been delivered, but I sure haven't seen it. At this point, I'm feeling pretty annoyed and unsatisfied with the whole situation.

Two bathing suits
Deceptive return policy. Terrible customer service. I purchased two bathing suits from this company. The return policy stated that customer satisfaction is a top priority and that returns are allowed at customer's expense. What it doesn't state is that they require you to ship your items back to China which costs almost as much as the items do. Then they insult you by offering a $3.00 refund only per item or "allowing" you to make another purchase at 50% discount if you just keep the item that doesn't fit. This company should not be allowed to keep scamming it's customers.

I feel like tap-dancing& I don't know how to tap dance;) Girotti has so many colors to choose from, I will most definitely be getting more,, Thank you all at Girotti for your hard work & attention to detail stitching, etc..
