KS4Pro scooter purchase
I got my son the KS4Pro scooter back in December of '23 and he absolutely loved it. But then in May of '24, we ran into a problem with the battery not charging. Thankfully, the HiBoy support team was really fast in getting back to us and they sent us a new battery right away. They even paid us back for the new screws we had to get. Putting in the new battery took a bit of work, but it wasn't too hard. All in all, I'm really thankful for the awesome customer service from HiBoy.
Used, refurbished electric scooter
I am really happy with the used electric scooter I got from here. It's awesome - everything works great, the battery lasts a long time, the lights are super bright, and it's really comfy to ride. The only issue was that the folding hook was busted, so I couldn't fold it up. But when I reached out to customer support, they were super quick to respond. They sent me a new hook and even included a video to show me how to replace it. Now my scooter is good as new. Overall, I love the scooter and the customer service was top-notch.
Two electric bikes
My husband and I just got two electric bikes and we're really happy with them. They're super fun to ride and have made our outdoor adventures even better. When we first got the bikes, one of them wasn't working right. But the customer service team was fast and sent us a replacement part right away, no charge. We were impressed with how quickly they helped us out. Now we can't wait to take our new bikes on all sorts of trips, including our upcoming one to Colorado.

Hiboy scooter for fishing
I recently got this awesome scooter for fishing since all the good fishing spots in my neighborhood are too far to walk to. I put a basket on it for my bait and added some holders so I can carry my rods. It was really easy to put together, only took me an hour, and after charging it for 3 hours, I was good to go!
E-scooter purchase with great features
I just bought this awesome e-scooter with some really cool features that I'm totally loving. It's foldable and has a regenerative brake, which usually only comes on pricier models. Overall, this scooter has gone above and beyond what I was expecting and has given me a really smooth ride. The only small hiccup I had was with the app, but the customer service team was super quick to help me out and gave me really clear and useful instructions on how to fix it. DK1 replacement parts
The customer support team was awesome! My son messed up his DK1 scooter, and I was stressing about fixing it. But these folks were super helpful and quick to respond. Bikes p6 and ex6
I got the bikes p6 and ex6 back in April and really enjoyed my experience with the company. The p6 came pretty fast, but the ex6 was delayed until May. Rina, who I was talking to, was really friendly and helpful the whole time. I mentioned we were going on vacation, so she held off on the ex6 until we got back. It ended up arriving just 4 days after we returned. Both bikes are really speedy and just like they were described. All in all, I had a fantastic time dealing with this company!

Hiboy Max Pro electric scooter
I recently scooped up the Hiboy Max Pro electric scooter and I gotta say, I've been cruising around on it for about a month now. This thing is pretty dope - it's got two brakes on the handlebars, some sweet dual suspension action, 11-inch wheels, a solid battery life, and a big ol' platform to stand on. Plus, it looks pretty sleek and the lighting is a nice touch.
But, it's not all sunshine and rainbows with this scooter. The control panel with just one button can be a bit of a pain to navigate, and not having an odometer is definitely a bummer. The app interface is pretty basic too, could use some work for sure. Despite these little hiccups, overall I'm still stoked about my purchase. In fact, I've managed to convince three of my buddies to snag the same one!
