I just bought a silk pillowcase and I gotta admit, the silk quality is top-notch. It feels so soft and fancy on my skin, giving me a comfy and relaxing sleep. But, I was kinda bummed with the size of the pillowcase. I got the 40x80 one, but the zipper was smaller than the 40cm width, making it tough to put my pillow in right. It was a bummer that the measurements were off, took away from the whole pillowcase experience.

Honestly, it's making me wonder if they went out of business or if they're just straight up ignoring us customers. Either way, it's a terrible situation for the company.

Oh my goodness, I am obsessed with these shoes! They are seriously the best ever. They make my feet, knees, and back feel amazing. I can run like I'm barefoot, but still feel protected. Despite having a torn meniscus and arthritis, these shoes allow me to keep running and stay strong. I've bought about 4-5 pairs of Primal/Primal 2s, the Boulder boot, and the Nine to Five shoes (even though they didn't look good on me, my mom loves them). Just ordered the Chukka ankle boots and I am so excited!

I recently bought something from this online store thinking it would be a nice present for my grandchild. But man, was I let down. The thing I got was nothing like what I saw on the website. It was super cheap-looking and definitely not gift-worthy. I reached out to customer service right away to get my money back since they advertised a no-questions-asked 60-day refund policy. But all I got back was useless info and they even asked me for stuff they should have already had on hand. Overall, dealing with this online store sucked big time. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

When I contacted customer service, River Island basically said it wasn't their problem, wouldn't give me a refund, or check with the courier. It was super frustrating and disappointing to be left hanging like that. Just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend dealing with them if you can avoid it.

So, I got this Mystery Gift from this one place and I was so pumped to see what it was gonna be. But guess what? It was just a stupid discount card! I tried to use it on their website but the link was broken or something. So I had to go to their main site and guess what? I couldn't even order anything with the dumb card, even if it was less than the amount of the card. Like, what's the point of sending a discount card if you can't even use it, right? And then they had the nerve to charge me $9.95 for shipping and $4.95 for a safe ship for the "mystery gift" which was just a stupid discount card! And they want the same amount to ship any of their other items. Like, come on, why do I have to pay more money just to use the gift card they sent me in the first place? It's so annoying!
