$6000 PC purchase
I recently bought a really expensive PC for $6000 from this company. When I got it, I found out that it came with a broken cooler. I contacted customer service and they told me that the cooler was the only one that would work with my system, but I know that's not true. It seems like they were only promoting a specific brand of cooler because of a business partnership, instead of thinking about what would actually work best. I've been building PCs for over twenty years, so I was disappointed by the lack of honesty and transparency. Now, I have to wait for a new cooler to come and fix the problem myself, causing a delay in my work. This is unacceptable considering how much I paid for this system. Overall, I'm not happy with the experience and I expected better quality and service for the amount of money I spent.
Chronos V3 purchase
I recently bought the Chronos V3 in white. The whole buying process went super smoothly, no hassles at all. I really liked how they kept me in the loop with updates, which made me even more excited for my new rig to arrive.<br><br>When I got the Chronos V3, I was really impressed with how well it was built. Though, I did notice that one side panel was sticking out a bit due to some wires not fitting properly inside. I managed to snap it back in place, but I'll have to keep an eye on it. That's the main reason why I can't give it a perfect 5 stars.<br><br>In terms of performance and looks, this machine went above and beyond my expectations. It's sleek, modern, and runs like a dream with no issues. Overall, I'm a happy customer and pleased with my purchase.
Customized PC purchase
My experience with Origin PC was really great from the beginning to the end. I ran into a problem with financing my order, and even asked for some changes after I placed it. But Origin PC went out of their way to make sure everything was correct and my order was shipped quickly. The customer service team was always there to help and give advice throughout the ordering process. They really knew their stuff and gave me recommendations tailored to my gaming needs. The only small issue I had was having to use an external financing company instead of being able to finance directly through Origin PC. But I definitely suggest their services to anyone looking for a customized PC.
High-end PC purchase
The customer service at this company is amazing! I just bought a fancy new PC and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. New Gaming PC
I recently got my new gaming computer from here and it's absolutely amazing! This is actually my second one and ever since I switched from my old computer to this new one, I haven't had any issues whatsoever. The first time I bought an Origin PC, I was so thrilled with it that I just had to get another one. These computers are lightning fast and they don't come with all that annoying bloatware like my old Dell computer did.
High-end laptop purchase
I recently snagged a fancy new laptop, but had a bit of a rough time with their customer service. The first laptop I got had a busted GPU, but Origin was quick to send a replacement, which took about two weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, I ran into another issue with the replacement, totally my fault, so I had to send it back. This whole process took a while and communicating with Origin wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. I picked Origin because I heard they had great customer service, but getting a hold of them when I needed help was tough. After about three weeks, I finally got a working laptop, thanks to some help from Corsair/Origin management. Despite some bumps in the road, I think Origin is a solid company with top-notch hardware, but they could definitely improve their customer support.

I just bought a prebuilt gaming PC online and the whole process was super smooth. The website was easy to use and I found the exact PC I wanted right away. I recently bought a top-of-the-line PC with a custom water-cooled CPU & GPU from your company. Let me tell you, this system blew me away! The whole process was smooth - I got quick responses, the system shipped on time, and the delivery was hassle-free thanks to Omni logistics. When the PC arrived, it was in pristine condition and the setup was a breeze. As soon as I turned it on, I could tell the care and detail that went into making this bad boy. From start to finish, this whole experience was awesome, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Custom PC build
The whole process of building my Custom PC went really smoothly and efficiently. I liked getting those email updates about how everything was going, it made me feel more involved. It took about a week to finish building the PC which was totally fine with me. So far, the PC is working great and doing everything I need it to. One little idea for making it even better would be to add a 'quick set up' sheet, especially for those smaller PC cases. It can be a bit confusing at first trying to load things from the bottom, so that might help out.
Second laptop purchase
I bought another laptop from this company because my first one lasted me seven years and was still in good shape. I decided it was time to upgrade to something more up-to-date, and I knew I could rely on this brand for a good product. The new laptop is really well-built and performs just how I wanted. I recently bought a laptop that cost me over $3000, but I ran into some problems within a day of getting it. It took a while, but I finally got an email with a return address. It's been over a month now, and I still don't know if they're fixing it or giving me a new one. I'm so frustrated with how little they've kept me in the loop. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying from them, since it looks like a lot of other people have had similar issues. I'm glad they're at least trying to fix things, but this whole situation has been a total nightmare.
Custom desktop PC
I got my custom desktop PC from OriginPC, and it was built really well. It came in perfect working condition and runs amazingly. I know there were some delays because of the pandemic, but the wait was totally worth it for the quality of the product. The packaging was really good, so my PC arrived safe and sound with no damage. I definitely suggest OriginPC to anyone who wants a top-notch custom computer.
Custom PC purchase
So, I bought this custom PC from a place that cost me over $3k. It was built pretty quickly and sent my way. However, right from the start, it was broken. I kept getting the Blue screen of Death. I tried calling their customer service so many times but no one would pick up! Eventually, after leaving a message, someone called back and told me to run a mem. test which showed no issues. But the problems persisted. I had to keep calling and complaining until they finally agreed for me to send it back. They provided a nice wooden crate for shipping though, which was a nice touch. However, when they received it, they said they fixed it and found no problems. They even replaced the CPU without asking me! But to my surprise, the same issue was still there. After more complaints, they decided to build me a new computer and do a cross shipment for access to my bank account. But lo and behold, they lost the paperwork and I had to threaten legal action to get them moving on my new computer. As a gesture of goodwill, they upgraded me to an i-9m for free to make up for their errors and finally sent it my way. It's running smoothly now, but boy, what a headache.
Custom-built computer
Even though I usually put together my own computers, this time I took a chance and bought a custom-built one from this company less than two years back, all because of some recommendations. Sadly, within just a year and five months, I faced four different issues, two of them were actually with the same hardware part. I tried reaching out to the company for help, but I got the feeling they were just stringing me along with empty promises about fixing the problems. In the end, they basically told me tough luck, nothing they could do, and that I should figure it out on my own. The fact that I couldn't find any warranty info for the individual parts in my Origin account was really frustrating. I mean, I spent $5000 on this computer and being left to deal with all these problems by myself was pretty discouraging.

I recently picked up my gaming computer from this one place and oh my god, it is absolutely amazing! The website was really user-friendly and the customer service was incredibly friendly and always quick to reply. When my build arrived, it looked so cool, I was shocked at how detailed it was!

I just got a custom PC from this company and at first, I was a bit worried because I didn't get any updates on my order. But when I contacted the sales team, they were super helpful. Grad School Laptop Purchase
I've been a returning customer and was pretty happy with my recent purchase of a new laptop for grad school. The service I received was really good, but the only drawback was that there was a slight delay in getting the laptop produced and delivered. This was because of some issues with the warehouse and custom graphics. After waiting a few days, I was told about the delays and was offered the choice to remove the graphics to speed up the shipment, which I decided to do. It was a bit frustrating not getting clear communication between the different departments, especially when time is crucial for a production machine. Even with these small problems, I do appreciate the team's efforts and I would think about buying from them again in the future.
Order received intact and tested
I called in around 3:30pm CST and got helped right away. The person on the other end walked me through how to turn my disabled card back on, and even stayed on the line while I did it. I was really impressed with how they helped me on my very first day with my PC. I highly recommend this company for their amazing support and help.
