Lip tints
I was so pumped when they finally opened a brick-and-mortar store in my country 'cause I'm totally obsessed with their lip tints. But I gotta be real, the prices aren't exactly budget-friendly like I was hoping for. Even so, I still love shopping there and their products are top-notch.

Artwork arrival in one week
I was actually really surprised at how quickly my artwork arrived, especially because I've had some bad experiences with customs in the past. I was worried my big piece wouldn't make it on time and in one piece, but Saatchi's brokers really took care of everything. Dealing with customs was a breeze this time around, which was a weight off my shoulders. The whole delivery process with DHL went smoothly, and I'm completely satisfied with how everything turned out.

Boots arrived perfect!
I was starting to get annoyed because it felt like my boots were taking forever to arrive. But then I remembered they had to go through customs. I got like 5 emails updating me on my order with all the tracking info and everything. Finally got my hands on those boots after 22 days, and man, they're amazing! Customer service could be better, but it's not the worst. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Crappy Cream
This cream is terrible. I used it for 3 weeks and didn't see any results at all. Gold Bond is definitely better! They claim to have a risk-free return policy, so I sent it back, but it's been more than 5 weeks now and I still haven't gotten my refund. Their customer service is awful - they never reply to emails!

Overpriced blouse purchase
I just bought a blouse from that store and man, was I bummed out about the price. I saw the exact same blouse selling for way cheaper at a bunch of other department stores, like $20 less! So, I asked for a refund of the price difference, but they gave me a hard time about it. The employees were no help at all, and some of them were straight up rude and mean to me. It was a pretty bad experience overall.
