Dress too long
I ordered this really pretty dress online and when I tried it on, it fit me perfectly! The beading was just right and it looked really cute. The only downside was that it was way too long and I was hoping for more of a tea length look. It ended up going all the way down to my feet. Ugh!
Oversized top, poor quality, excessive handling fee and return shipping charges
I was so bummed out by my recent order from this store. The shirt I got was way too big and had a sloppy hem, which was a total surprise given how much I shelled out for it. And to top it off, they hit me with a $7 handling fee on top of having to pay for return shipping. The whole thing was just a letdown, the shirt wasn't up to snuff and now I'm left feeling really annoyed with the whole shopping ordeal.
Women's no seam briefs
I bought the Women's no seam briefs recently and I gotta say, they were a total letdown. The leg seams were all messed up, making them impossible to wear. I contacted customer service and they just told me to take them back to the store where I got them. But since I didn't buy them straight from Jones New York, they wouldn't help me out. This whole situation has been super frustrating and really bummed me out about their customer service and product quality.
Overpriced blouse purchase
I just bought a blouse from that store and man, was I bummed out about the price. I saw the exact same blouse selling for way cheaper at a bunch of other department stores, like $20 less! So, I asked for a refund of the price difference, but they gave me a hard time about it. The employees were no help at all, and some of them were straight up rude and mean to me. It was a pretty bad experience overall.
