Crepe Repair
Great product, I am on my third day and already seeing results! And my skin is so soft and smooth. I would recommend this product. Can’t wait to try some of their other products.
Crappy Cream
This cream is terrible. I used it for 3 weeks and didn't see any results at all. Gold Bond is definitely better! They claim to have a risk-free return policy, so I sent it back, but it's been more than 5 weeks now and I still haven't gotten my refund. Their customer service is awful - they never reply to emails!
Delivery issue, poor customer service
I recently had a pretty frustrating experience with a delivery from this company. So I got a confirmation that my package was delivered, but when I checked, it wasn't there. When I contacted them to find out what happened, the customer service rep kind of blew me off. They told me to look around at my neighbor's houses and even suggested I file a police report if my package was nowhere to be found. Seemed like a big hassle for just a missing package. I was annoyed that they were treating me like it was my fault when clearly the shipping company messed up. Compared to other delivery services I've used, this one fell short and left me feeling unsatisfied with their service.
Hygieia product
I bought something from Hygieia recently and it was a total letdown. I tried contacting them multiple times by phone and email, but got no response. The product itself was a dud, which was super disappointing. I was hoping for better quality and service from them.
Hygieia skin body firming and tightening cream
I ordered this product by mistake and immediatly after noticing the product I wanted was the Hygieia repair cream not the body firming cream .I tried to cancel the order. I called the company right away didn't get an answer, so I sent them emails. I continue to rececive emais saying they would review my request and get back to me. I continued to send emails and received the same response and I have called and left 3 messages. No response. They sent me the product and now since obviously I want to return it, they will be charging me the postage of 7 dollars. If this company is truly reputable, why do they not responed to this. I reached out within 10 minutees of placing the wrong order. Haven't tried the repair cream since I just received it but, judging by their aweful customer service and lack of communciation in dealing with this I do not expect this cream will be effective. It eems I have mark a star to move ahead but in my mind they do not deserve any stars
Crepey Skin Liposomal Repair Cream
I would not recommend this company. Maybe this cream works for some people, but I saw no discernable difference in my skin after almost 2 months. Since they claim to stand behind their products if they are returned within 60 days, that's what I did. I was notified that they had received my return on April 4, 2023 and the site said "We'll update this page with refund details soon." It is June 13, 2023, today. I have emailed them repeatedly, and today I left a voicemail because nobody answered the phone. I have not received a refund or any correspondence about why not. If you think the cream may work for you just be prepared to pay for it regardless of whether it works because you may never receive a refund should you decide to return it.
Crepey Skin Liposomal Repair
I ordered this product in the 3-jar package. I got confirmation it was delivered. It was not. I was home and have a Ring doorbell. It was not delivered. I tried repeatedly to contact them. No response to emails or voicemails.

I researched this product, look at the list ingredients and then purchased it. I used the product 2 nights consecutively. On the third day I broke out in huge red itch welts in all the areas that I applied the product. I was not aware of any skin allergies prior to using this product. The Company will allow me to return the product, but I am concerned that this is a very serious immediate reaction for me, that is sending me to my dermatologist today. I would caution anyone in buying this product. Company representative told me that Idebenone is the main ingredient, and the likely suspect. PLEASE research this ingredient before purchasing this product. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Any product that sends you to the Dermatologist should not be on the market
Crepe serum and dark spot remover
Company was very congenial upon ordering. I was so excited to try a product that claimed to remove crepes and dark spots. They were charging $89 a container and I believe these were marked down from that. Upon receiving - I used one of the serums within 10 days. It felt nice and I thought I saw results, but there was very little product in the container. I emailed asking for an extra container and Blake Cooley in customer service obliged. Offered to send me a product on the house after my remark that the size was smaller that what I had imagined it would be. After using product 60 days and not seeing any results with either- I asked for a return. They could not oblige nor did I ever get my complimentary product they had mentioned. I don't think this is a bad product, but they were not interested in assisting me after my spending $450 on these serums.
Lesson learned here-Online ordering with 30 day return is not long enough to test product.Hygieia
Do not order more than one. Website says Hygieia products are backed by a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If the product does not work as intended, simply contact our friendly support team for a full refund but you need to read the Refund Policy under Customer Service- only one jar is refundable. Product did not work for me but refund policy is bogus and very misleading. Remember, one jar only if you are trying it out,
