Oh this is good
The branded clothes are available here and its really easy to shop without getting into any messy hassle. I am buying tops and tees from here for three years and they all are amazing. as compared to others, i can wear it fir more time and the fabric still look so comfortable and new, that's why i prefer brands. i know it can be pricey but it stays for more time than the normal names or some non brands items
the price here is not too much and it can easily affordable, however it depends on the busted. but for the brand lovers, you will enjoy your shopping for sureClothes and accessories
I absolutely adore this store! They seriously have everything - clothes, shoes, jewelry, purses, makeup, home goods, you name it! Plus, they even offer discounts for seniors! It's like a hidden gem in there, for real.
Shoes
I really wanted to get some cute shoes online, but it was a total nightmare. I ordered two pairs, but they just didn't fit me well at all. When I tried to take them back to the store, they flat out refused. I gave customer service a call, and they said it was fine to return them in-store, but I still had to fork over a ton of money for shipping and returns. It was a disaster, and I definitely won't be shopping there anymore.
Quality items
I gotta say, the customer service at this store is seriously lacking. I bought something with my credit card not too long ago, and instead of just getting a regular order confirmation, they hit me with the "we can't verify your order" line. Apparently, there was an issue because I didn't use the store's card. They kept telling me to call my credit card company to straighten things out, which was super annoying and honestly felt like a waste of time. I was hoping for a more straightforward experience when shopping at a store like this.
Wooden dessert dish
I just bought a wooden dessert dish from Burkes Outlet online, but it came broken. The product didn't even look like the pictures on the website. I was really let down by the poor quality - it looked cheap and badly made.
Gifts for family and Christmas
I just made a big purchase at Burkes Outlet for Christmas gifts for my family. I was super pumped to get all the stuff I picked out, but then my order got cancelled out of the blue. They said it was too much for one person to order and told me to talk to my bank even though all my info was right. It totally sucked to have my order cancelled after I already picked everything out.
Computers
Service from the ladies that works there are fantastic BUT, the registers/ computers are not working and I asked why they wouldn’t get someone to fix them. Their response, “because they (CEO/ owners) don’t care! Sorry guys but if you want top notch service, get your ???? in there and fix the crap!
