Switched phone carrier
I recently switched carriers because my old one, starting with an S, was totally ripping me off! I mean, I was with them for over 14 years and they were still charging me an arm and a leg for just 3 phone lines. And those so-called "discounts" they promised? Ha! What a joke! When my husband passed away and I had to take his phone off the plan, they actually had the audacity to raise my rates even more! Can you believe that? Talk about adding insult to injury. But ever since I switched to Pure Talk, everything has been smooth sailing. Their service has been great, no surprises with pricing. I am so happy I made the switch!

I was a little nervous about booking through VRBO due to some negative reviews, but our stay turned out to be really nice! Late Refund Request
I reached out to the company back in January to return my mattress. I did everything they asked me to do to start the return process and even sent them the receipt from ShareTown. They assured me I'd get my refund within 15 days back in February, but here we are four months later, and I still haven't seen a dime. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but they're ignoring me. So now, I've had to get the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company involved to get my money back.
