    I ordered a custom mug for my friend's birthday, but it never showed up. When I called customer service, the person I spoke to was not helpful at all, and kind of rude. They couldn't find the order and insisted it was already delivered, even though it definitely wasn't.

    This product is seriously a game-changer! I've been using it for all sorts of stuff around the house - fixing up my cars, working on stuff in the kitchen, getting crafty with arts and crafts. It's so versatile and tough, I haven't found anything else like it. It's totally changed the game for me when it comes to all my DIY projects.     Magnified glasses disappointment

    I ordered two pairs of glasses from this company, thinking they would help me see better and look good. But, when they arrived, both pairs were kinda weird, making it hard to wear them all day. I could only keep the sunglasses because they were a no return deal, so now I have to carry around another pair for actual regular wear. It was a letdown because I thought they would be awesome, but they weren't.

    Amazon Tracking Rate Issue

    Ship station really needs to get their system in line with Amazon's Valid Tracking Rate metric. If you send something without tracking, you can't mark the shipment as Stamped/Franked through ShipStation. And, even though Amazon shipping is an option, it doesn't seem to mesh well with ShipStation. Despite showing all the evidence of the issue, it's still not fixed.

    Game interface overhaul

    The recent update to the game interface was really disappointing for a lot of us players, me included. Finally got the hang of how everything worked and felt like a pro at finding my way around the game, then they go and change everything up. Had me all disoriented trying to figure out where everything was. Super frustrating and confusing, I just couldn't wrap my head around why they'd do such a drastic change without thinking about how it would affect us players. It's no surprise that games like this have a hard time keeping people interested when they make such big changes without really thinking them through.

    Flexbike Ultra issues

    I got the Flexbike Ultra and ran into a big issue while still under warranty. The bike started making a loud hammering noise that just kept getting worse. I contacted customer service for help, but all they wanted was a video and then closed my case without fixing anything. No matter how many times I tried to follow up, they just kept avoiding my requests for help. It's pretty obvious they don't really care about actually helping customers, just making more sales and signing people up for subscriptions. This company's disrespect for their customers is terrible and I'd recommend staying far away from them at all costs.

    I picked up this really cute green sweatshirt from Clothing Shop Online and my experience was pretty good. The communication was a little slow, but I figure it's because everyone's doing their holiday shopping online. I had to send the sweatshirt back because it was too big, but the return process was really simple. It did take a bit of time to get my refund, but I eventually got it without any problems.
