Chronos V3 purchase
I recently bought the Chronos V3 in white. The whole buying process went super smoothly, no hassles at all. I really liked how they kept me in the loop with updates, which made me even more excited for my new rig to arrive.<br><br>When I got the Chronos V3, I was really impressed with how well it was built. Though, I did notice that one side panel was sticking out a bit due to some wires not fitting properly inside. I managed to snap it back in place, but I'll have to keep an eye on it. That's the main reason why I can't give it a perfect 5 stars.<br><br>In terms of performance and looks, this machine went above and beyond my expectations. It's sleek, modern, and runs like a dream with no issues. Overall, I'm a happy customer and pleased with my purchase.

I signed up for a free trial subscription for my daughter thinking it would be useful for a project. But I forgot to cancel before the trial ended. Now, I'm stuck getting charged $4.99 even though I've already closed my account and tried everything to stop the payments. It's really frustrating and feels like they care more about finding ways to keep charging me than making sure their customers are happy.

Baggen speaker
I bought the Baggen speaker from this company recently and I was really let down. Setting it up was a pain and once I got it working, the sound through the wifi was terrible. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them. Their products don't seem to be very good, I also had their Plattan headphones and they stopped connecting after a while. It's a bummer to spend a lot of money on stuff that seems cheap and unreliable.

Magnified glasses disappointment
I ordered two pairs of glasses from this company, thinking they would help me see better and look good. But, when they arrived, both pairs were kinda weird, making it hard to wear them all day. I could only keep the sunglasses because they were a no return deal, so now I have to carry around another pair for actual regular wear. It was a letdown because I thought they would be awesome, but they weren't.

Amazon Tracking Rate Issue
Ship station really needs to get their system in line with Amazon's Valid Tracking Rate metric. If you send something without tracking, you can't mark the shipment as Stamped/Franked through ShipStation. And, even though Amazon shipping is an option, it doesn't seem to mesh well with ShipStation. Despite showing all the evidence of the issue, it's still not fixed.

I had to deal with a replacement order issue with this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was really frustrating. The emails back and forth were so slow, and it took weeks to finally get things sorted out. And then, to top it off, the replacement I got wasn't even the one I wanted in the first place.
