Online purchase experience
I was a little nervous to buy something online from this website because I had read some not-so-great reviews. But I gotta say, it turned out to be an awesome experience. I placed my order just two days ago, and they wasted no time getting it shipped out. The item arrived in great packaging and was all snugly packed. Luxury handbag purchase
The handbag I got from my recent purchase at Oluxury was just gorgeous. It was super high-quality and every little detail was done perfectly. But I was kinda bummed about the box it came in. It looked really old and flimsy, which was weird since the bag was so fancy. I thought they would have a nicer box for something that expensive. Even though the packaging wasn't great, I still loved the handbag itself and will definitely buy from them again because the product was so good.
Replacement luxury item
After a bad experience with another store, I decided to check out OLuxury to see if I could find the luxury item I wanted. Even though there weren't many reviews, I went ahead and placed my order. I was shocked when my package showed up in less than a day, and to top it off, the item was exactly what I wanted and I even got a nice discount. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and I will definitely shop with them again in the future.

Expensive return fee
I bought a hat from this company, and I was really bummed out when I found out I had to pay £25 to send it back. They never said anything about this extra charge when I bought it, and I would have just sent it back on my own if I knew about it. It seems like they're just trying to make more money from people who want to return things they're not happy with. I'll definitely think twice before buying anything from them again.
Damaged jeans received
I bought some jeans from your website recently and they came with a big hole in the pocket, which was a bummer. It seems like the quality check should have caught that. This was my first time ordering from you guys, and based on this, it might be my last. Also, when I tried to send an email to complain, it got bounced back with an error saying the address didn't exist. That doesn't look good for your credibility. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from here.

Empty Parcel Received
I want to share about a recent purchase I made from this company. The package I received was totally empty, which was a major letdown because I was really looking forward to the product. What's even more frustrating is that I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but they haven't done anything to fix the problem. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service, especially from a company that says they value their customers.

Expensive top purchase, poor return experience
I bought this really pricey top from this company not too long ago and it was a total letdown. I had to ship it back to Italy by myself, and turns out it was past their 16-day return window that was like impossible to notice in the fine print. And now they won't give me a refund or send back the top unless I pay for shipping, even though they are the ones in Italy. I'd say definitely steer clear of this company when shopping.
Amina Muaddi Gilda Sandal
I was so disappointed with my experience at that fancy store. I bought a pair of Amina Muaddi Gilda sandals because they looked amazing in the pictures on their website, but when I got them, they were totally different. The sandals I got were not at all like the ones I thought I was getting and were way lower quality than I thought they'd be, especially since I paid $800 for them. When I tried to return them for a refund, they wouldn't let me because of their no refunds policy for products with misleading descriptions. I felt like they ripped me off and tricked me, so I won't be going back there to shop again.

I just got this hat and it's amazing! The quality is top-notch, and I was really impressed with how well it was packaged and the updates they gave me about the shipping. It only took 4 days to get here all the way from Italy! I'll definitely be shopping here again.

I bought a bag from this company and I was really let down by the quality. It seemed like a fake version of the real deal, with glue coming undone and the material looking cheap and badly put together. I contacted customer service to ask for a new one, but all they gave me was a small 10% discount on my next purchase. I feel like I got ripped off and wasted my money with this company.

I ordered this really cute Gucci bag, but it never showed up. Even though they said it was coming, I never got it. I had to dish out €820, and it felt like I was just throwing my money away. But in the end, they fixed the problem and gave me my money back. I'm happy with how everything turned out.

I got this really cool jacket from a website and it was crazy cheap. I needed it in a hurry so I shot them an email and they got it to me in just 4 days, even with some DHL issues. The jacket got caught up in customs and I had to pay extra fees, but I reached out to them and they sorted it all out with DHL really fast. I'm thrilled with my jacket!

I gotta say, the delivery was super quick and the packaging was really well done. But, I did notice that the product images on the website could use a little work. If I hadn't checked the color on other sites before buying it, I would've been pretty disappointed. Still, I'm absolutely in love with my new handbag!
