Knife set
I bought a knife set from this company not too long ago, and I gotta tell you, I am really let down by how they've handled things. Their professionalism and customer service have been seriously lacking. It takes forever to hear back about any questions or problems, and sometimes I don't even get a response at all. I've been waiting for my order to ship for more than a week now, and the shipping label was made a while back. Even after asking for a refund because of the lack of communication and the delayed shipping, I haven't heard anything back or gotten any solution. This kind of disrespect for customer satisfaction is just not okay in any business.
Gerber Dime Multi Tool Purchase
I bought this Gerber Dime multi-tool 'cause it came with a 25-year warranty, so I thought it was a good deal. But then the spring busted after just a little bit of use, which really bummed me out. I tried to get in touch through email and phone a bunch of times hoping they would replace or fix it, but I never got any response. It's so aggravating to spend money on something that's supposed to have a long warranty only to get no help when it breaks.

I found some really awesome stuff, and the quality was amazing! I'll definitely be back to buy more things from here in the future because everything was just so great!

I bought a knife from this store, but I didn't really like it so I wanted to return it. I reached out to them about it, but I never heard back. I sent them several emails, but I still haven't received a response.
Savvy Knife during a sale
I wanted to buy a knife on promotion recently, but it was a disaster. The website was all glitchy and the discount didn't show up in my cart. When I tried to contact customer service, it was a mess - no phone number, only vague emails. They said they'd refund my card but gave me a discount code for stuff I didn't even want. It's not cool to do business this way, especially from a company I used to trust.
Neglectful customer service experience
I recently bought something, but the customer service is seriously lacking. How can a company not have a direct way for customers to contact them? It took them a whole month to reply to a simple email - that's just not okay! What if I needed to return the item or had an urgent problem? This customer service is even worse than eBay, and that's really saying something. I'd rather risk it at a garage sale or on Craigslist than deal with a company that doesn't care about its customers.
Cool multitool
I picked up this multitool a couple of months back and I wasn't really sure about it at first. But you know what? After giving it a try, I have to admit it's pretty awesome! The pliers come in super handy, much better than my old ones. And the scissors and screwdriver have been a real lifesaver. I never leave the house without it now.
Gerber products
I was really let down by the customer service from that company. I bought a bunch of Gerber stuff, but when I tried to call with some questions, it was super hard to get any help. Now I'm not sure if I want to keep buying from them.
Dealing with a company that just doesn't give a damn
I was really surprised by how little this company seemed to care. I had a problem with one of their products and when I tried to contact customer service for help, it was like talking to a wall. No answer, no solution, nothing. It's obvious that customer satisfaction isn't a priority for them. I would suggest to anyone considering buying from this company to be careful or find another place to shop.
Promo code purchase issue
I tried to buy something using a promo code, but the website wouldn't accept my Apple Pay. All good on my end, so it's definitely their issue. I reached out via email, and all they did was parrot back what I said and claimed they had no extra codes. Seriously, do they think promo codes are tangible things? Zero help whatsoever.
