Watch out! It's such a hassle to get a refund for a return! They can't even find the return at their distribution center in Washington. If you want a different size or color, too bad - you'll have to wait another month for it to come. They're definitely not consumer-friendly at all. They make it so hard to get your money back.

I was a little unsure at first because the price seemed too good to be true, but it turned out to be legit. I bought Office software and got sent to Microsoft to get a real license key and download the software.

First-time purchase at Melijoe
My first time ordering from Melijoe was a total letdown. The package I got was missing some of the items I ordered and the whole thing was poorly packed in separate UPS boxes all taped together. When I contacted customer service about it, they said they would look into it for 20 days to find the missing stuff. After weeks with no updates, they told me they couldn't find the items and offered to send replacements. I agreed, but then I never heard back from them. The lack of communication and transparency is super frustrating and honestly makes me feel like they're just trying to rip off customers by taking their money without giving them what they paid for. This whole experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering from Melijoe again in the future.

As someone who uses the payment processing service, I have to admit that overall, I think it's pretty good. The customer service is really awesome and deserves some praise. However, there's one issue I've noticed with the speed of processing certain cards. I've had to cancel transactions more than three times because it just took way too long to get authorization.

Savvy Knife during a sale
I wanted to buy a knife on promotion recently, but it was a disaster. The website was all glitchy and the discount didn't show up in my cart. When I tried to contact customer service, it was a mess - no phone number, only vague emails. They said they'd refund my card but gave me a discount code for stuff I didn't even want. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this if you can’t tolerate pain and you want to try something new, I had my husband get it even though we bought from Walmart it’s great , it works like it’s described n designed for, it’s not sticky, no odor or smell to it, works perfectly when you first use it as well! It’s good for any play u want!!!! And you don’t even feel pain at all which is a bonus!!!
