    As someone who uses the payment processing service, I have to admit that overall, I think it's pretty good. The customer service is really awesome and deserves some praise. However, there's one issue I've noticed with the speed of processing certain cards. I've had to cancel transactions more than three times because it just took way too long to get authorization.

    Large payment issue

    Oh no, I can't believe the situation I'm in! I messed up by going with a payment provider that I won't name. They decided to close my account without a good reason and said they'd refund all my money within a day. But guess what? It's been more than a month and I haven't heard anything. Every time I try to contact customer service, they act clueless and send me to the payment provider, who is also not helpful at all. It's like talking to a brick wall - they never respond to emails or give any updates when I call. What a disaster!

    I have to say, buying this POS system was the biggest mistake I made for my business. I fell for the flashy marketing and promises of efficiency, but let me tell you, I was way off base. The reporting system is seriously lacking, and don't even get me started on the terminal updates. It's a complete nightmare just trying to make simple changes or create reports. The fact that basic features like exporting client lists or showing SKU's sold are missing is just mind-blowing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this product no matter what.

    Large payment processing

    At first, I liked Poynt because their rates were good and they made it easy to process small payments. But when I had to process a big payment of over $30,000, things went downhill fast. They needed a ton of paperwork like invoices and bank statements before they'd put the money in my account. Even though they said future transactions with the same client would be smoother, the next month was a mess. I tried to charge the same amount, and it got declined. Then they asked for even more paperwork. And that rep, JILL, who wasn't helpful the first time, was involved again. She just didn't get my industry at all. They eventually suspended my account because they said there were risks, even though my business never really had problems in 40 years. The 90-day hold on my money was the last straw. I'm so disappointed in how Poynt treated me. I might have to take this up with their parent company, Godaddy.

    Point-of-sale terminal lease

    I signed up for a point-of-sale terminal lease as a customer, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. Dealing with three different companies - one for the terminal, another for transactions, and a third for the lease - has been a tangled mess. The constant issues with the terminal itself have been super frustrating. And to top it all off, the 5-year lease agreement just makes everything worse, considering all the problems I've had with the terminal.

    Failed online account setup

    Setting up my account online was such a pain. No matter what I did, couldn't log in right. Total waste of my time and money. The system was always acting up, and I just ended up feeling mad and let down.
