Anti-snoring device
I've been using this anti-snoring device for a little over two years and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how well it works. Just the other day, I had a little problem with my last set, but the customer service team took care of it in a jiffy and without any hassle. The product is top-notch and the customer service really impressed me. Big shoutout to David over at the company for all his help.

Bag purchase
I bought a bag from this company not too long ago and man, I gotta say, I've been really let down. I heard a lot of good things about their stuff so I went ahead and ordered it from their website. But guess what? It's been over a year since I made my order on March 15, 2017 and I still haven't gotten my hands on that bag! I've been emailing back and forth with their customer service rep, 'Marvie', but she hasn't given me a tracking number or any real info on where my order is at. This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating the heck out of me as a customer, you know?

Software installation frustration
I just got a new laptop and it came with some software that I can't seem to get rid of. I'm having the hardest time trying to uninstall this program called 'Webadvisor' because it keeps telling me that it's being used by another program. I've spent a ton of time trying to figure this out and it's really starting to drive me crazy. Dealing with this software has been a major headache, it's even worse than dealing with actual viruses!
