Review about: Everyday Dose
Clean coffee subscription
I've been loving the clean coffee subscription since day one. I'm on my third month now, almost going onto the fourth, and I definitely don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I recently had a bad experience with Dunkin' coffee that gave me a headache. But the clean coffee I get from this subscription has been so good that I can't go back to the lower quality stuff. It tastes amazing and I look forward to it every morning. On top of the great product, I really like the emails, freebies, and discounts that the company sends out. I was so happy with everything that I even decided to give a subscription to my mom for her birthday.

Long wait, poor customer service, high cost
I want to share that I had a really bad experience with an online store recently. I spent a lot of money, about $400, on some items, but it's been over a month and my order still hasn't shown up. I haven't gotten any updates on what's going on, and I've been feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed about it. Adding to that, the customer service I got wasn't great. I didn't get useful responses to my questions, and sometimes I didn't even get a response at all. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this online shop if you're hoping for a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

Large payment processing
At first, I liked Poynt because their rates were good and they made it easy to process small payments. But when I had to process a big payment of over $30,000, things went downhill fast. They needed a ton of paperwork like invoices and bank statements before they'd put the money in my account. Even though they said future transactions with the same client would be smoother, the next month was a mess. I tried to charge the same amount, and it got declined. Then they asked for even more paperwork. And that rep, JILL, who wasn't helpful the first time, was involved again. She just didn't get my industry at all. They eventually suspended my account because they said there were risks, even though my business never really had problems in 40 years. The 90-day hold on my money was the last straw. I'm so disappointed in how Poynt treated me. I might have to take this up with their parent company, Godaddy.
Review about: Switzerland Travel Centre
Vignette purchase
I used them back in 2019 to get a vignette for driving in Switzerland. It was pretty convenient and saved me from having to pull over at the Swiss border to purchase one. But this year, they tacked on this really annoying service/booking fee along with the delivery charge. Feels like they're just trying to hike up the cost of the vignette unnecessarily! Honestly, it's not worth it. Just head to the border and snag one for 40CHF to save yourself some money.

Sumo Tangerines purchase
I heard great things about this place, so I decided to try it out and get some Sumo Tangerines for a special someone. The website was easy to use, but I did struggle a bit with the customization part. However, it was all pretty easy to figure out. Sadly, I got an email saying my order couldn't be filled because I missed the deadline. Mary Manser was nice enough to explain why, which I was grateful for. Even though I was bummed about not getting the tangerines right now, I'll definitely come back when they're available again.

Wig purchase
I just got a wig from this hair store and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how great it is. The wig I got was seriously stunning and hardly shed at all, if it even did. I can't even put into words how happy I am with my purchase. And the customer service was amazing too - the staff really knew their stuff and were so helpful in finding me the perfect wig. I definitely suggest this hair shop to anyone looking for top-notch wigs.

Cat litter box purchase
I got a cat litter box from this store, and it's pretty good. However, I was kinda bummed that it didn't come with clear instructions. Thankfully, the customer service folks were really helpful and sent me a video guide to help with the setup. I needed that extra help to get everything set up right for my cat. It took a few days for my cat to get used to the new box, but overall, it's made things easier for me.
