Portable water purifier
I bought a portable water purifier from an online store not too long ago, but I never actually got the product. Even after I tried emailing customer service multiple times, I never heard back about my missing order. The fact that they didn't communicate with me and failed to deliver the product has really bummed me out and made me feel pretty frustrated.

Cool multitool
I picked up this multitool a couple of months back and I wasn't really sure about it at first. But you know what? After giving it a try, I have to admit it's pretty awesome! The pliers come in super handy, much better than my old ones. And the scissors and screwdriver have been a real lifesaver. I never leave the house without it now.
