Smartwatch with Health Monitor
The website said they had the smartwatch in stock, so I went ahead and bought it. But now it's been over 10 days and the watch still hasn't shown up. I've already left the country, but the company is still asking me to cough up the cash. It's really annoying to shell out money for something I haven't even gotten to try out because of their busted delivery promise.

I bought a birthday gift from this company not too long ago, and to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with how things turned out. When I threatened to get a consumer group involved, all they did was finally agree to refund me in another rude email, but nothing happened after that. It's been 2 weeks since that email and still no refund. I've now contacted the BBB and another consumer group to share my bad experience with this company. Overall, their unprofessionalism and lousy service has me super disappointed and annoyed.
Cheap watch purchase
I got this really cheap watch and it was totally not worth it. The one in the picture online looked way better than what I actually got. The face of the watch had fake hands on it, like why would they do that? And the strap was supposed to be "faux leather" but it just felt really cheap. I hated it so much that I just tossed it in the trash right away. Don't even bother buying from that site, seriously.
