Hose reel handle crank replacement
I lost the handle crank for my hose reel and needed a new one. I contacted the company, and they got back to me super fast to help me out. They even sent it with tracking, which was a nice surprise. I said I'd pay for the replacement, but they wouldn't let me and took care of it for me, showing amazing customer service. The whole thing went really smoothly and quickly, and I was really happy with how well they took care of me. I also have their hose, which has been awesome - super durable and great quality.

Quality and Style
The clothes I get in my subscription are usually pretty good in terms of quality and style. But I kinda wish they would time the deliveries better with the seasons. It just makes more sense to get summer clothes in the summer, you know? Instead of getting long sleeve button-ups that are more for fall. But other than that, I'm pretty happy with everything and I'm definitely sticking around as a member.

Matte lipstick
I ordered this matte lipstick from them, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare. My package has been stuck in transit since the end of November. I've tried reaching out to them several times but haven't heard back at all. I finally had to open a case with PayPal to try to get things sorted out. It's just not cool, you know?

First-time purchase experience
My first time ordering from the website was kind of annoying. I had a few things in my cart, but then I decided to take one out. When I did that, the website somehow cleared out my whole cart, so I had to start all over again. And on top of that, I had trouble with the first-time customer code. Even though it was my first time ordering, the code didn't work because it was apparently only for brand new customers. Those technical issues were a little frustrating, but other than that, ordering was pretty easy.

Suit exchange for correct size
My experience trying to exchange a suit for the right size was a real letdown. The suit just wasn't up to par in terms of quality, and when I tried to swap it out, the customer service was seriously lacking. They didn't really help at all in solving the problem, and it left me feeling pretty frustrated and dissatisfied with my purchase.

Airline ticket purchase
This company is terrible. I'll never buy from them again. They're just a bunch of thieves. Had a terrible experience with them. They can't solve problems, don't even have Spanish-speaking agents, and they're just plain awful. Stay away from them, seriously.

Clothes, fast shipping, free return
Oh my gosh, so I ordered some clothes online and they seriously arrived like lightning speed! Like, I was totally shocked. And when I opened the package, each item was wrapped up in its own cute little bag, which I thought was pretty neat. But then, I noticed that one of the items was too small, so I had to send it back. But get this, they included a shipping label so I could return it for free! That was seriously sweet of them. All in all, the whole return process was a breeze and super quick. And the customer service folks were really friendly too.

BEST FOUNDATION EVER
i have three major points why i love this
1. They have the range - not just range- THE RANGE!
2. Foundation for every skin tone. I have darker tone but its kinda mix , so i need a foundation which not look heavy
3. THEY HAVE THE BEST PRIMERS IN THE WORLD
