Pressure washer purchase for valeting business
I bought a pressure washer for my valeting business not too long ago, but after about a month, I ran into a problem with the hose. I reached out to the company and was really happy with how fast they got back to me and how they took care of everything. They ended up sending me a whole new pressure washer under warranty, and I got it in just a few days. They also helped me out with a small issue through email. I have to say, I'm really impressed with their customer service and the quality of their products.
Hose reel handle crank replacement
I lost the handle crank for my hose reel and needed a new one. I contacted the company, and they got back to me super fast to help me out. They even sent it with tracking, which was a nice surprise. I said I'd pay for the replacement, but they wouldn't let me and took care of it for me, showing amazing customer service. The whole thing went really smoothly and quickly, and I was really happy with how well they took care of me. I also have their hose, which has been awesome - super durable and great quality.
Socket Wrench Set
This socket wrench set is awesome. The quality is really top-notch and it's saved me on so many projects around the house. The sockets fit really snug and the ratchet works like a dream. It arrived super quick, faster than I thought it would. This is actually my second set from this brand and I'm a really happy camper. If I ever need more tools in the future, I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Delayed delivery of product
I am really upset about how things have gone with this company. I ordered something over four months ago and still haven't gotten it. And now they're saying the shipment got lost and they don't even have the product anymore. The idea that I should pay extra for it is just not right and honestly seems like they're messing with me.
