Reservation cancellation and refund issue
Don't do it, man. It's a total scam. They totally backed out on my reservation and never gave me back my money. It's been like a whole year and I still haven't seen a dime. It's such a rip-off.
Purchase with uncertainties
I was really nervous about making a purchase because of all the negative comments out there, but I decided to take a chance and buy my ticket. Luckily, I got my e-ticket and reservation number right away from the airline. I felt relieved because most of the comments were about people not getting these documents, but I still wanted to double-check, so I called the airline. At first, they couldn't find my reservation number, which freaked me out, but when I gave them the e-ticket number, they were able to find it and confirm that it was legit. The Avianca agent provided me with the correct reservation number and sent me the e-tickets from Avianca to verify everything. I read on a few websites that there are folks in Colombia who got a full refund via email from this intermediary. From what I've gathered, it seems like it's mainly recommended for South America, particularly in Colombia. I'm not sure if it was smooth handling or just plain luck, but it all worked out for me. I'll keep you posted on how things go on the day of my trip.
Flight booking from Mexico City to Medellin
I was trying to book a flight from Mexico City to Medellin, Colombia, but ran into a payment error on the website. Even though the payment was deducted from my bank account by TRAVIX BV, I never got a booking confirmation or ticket. It all felt pretty deceiving and frustrating.
Reservation with misleading baggage information
This airline is a total scam! I've booked with them before with no problem, but recently I booked two trips because it said hand luggage was included. Turns out, it wasn't! Even though I checked with the airline, went back to the website, and contacted chat support (which was just a terrible bot), I still had to pay extra at the airport. I tried complaining, but they keep saying it's up to the airline, even though they're clearly lying about what's included.

I just tried to buy tickets from one city to another, but ran into problems with my payment getting rejected even though the money was taken out of my account. When I tried again with another card, I didn't get any confirmation or email. I've been having a hard time getting in touch with customer service for help since there's no phone number provided. Oh my gosh, I was actually planning on purchasing tickets to Canada, but after hearing from all these people saying they're scammers, I'm definitely not going through with it!
Long-awaited flight refund
It took forever, but I finally got my full refund from my canceled flight last year due to the pandemic. Can you believe it took a whole 14 months to get my $700 back? I had already given up on it, but after bugging customer service nonstop, I finally got my money back. It shouldn't have taken so long, but at least I got it in the end. Better late than never, I guess!
Flight booking disaster
I booked a flight with this company and paid for it. But when I tried to check in, I realized I wasn't actually booked on the flight. Turns out, the airline hadn't been paid by the company. Flights for 2 passengers
I recently bought flights for me and another person through this service, but ran into a big problem. When I tried to check in the day before our flight, I saw that the reservation was only for one person. The chatbot system was no help at all, and it was tough to get a hold of someone who could actually help me. I ended up having to contact the airline directly to fix the issue, and they told me they had been getting a lot of complaints from customers of the same service. It was a huge waste of time and money having to fix a problem that could have been avoided if I had bought tickets somewhere else. I strongly recommend avoiding this service to save yourself the headache and trouble.
Flight ticket from Medellin to Spain
I bought a flight ticket from Medellin to Spain for mid-August. But after I paid, the confirmation screen just vanished and I never got an e-ticket. All I got was a message from my bank saying the payment went through. Then I got an email saying the purchase didn't work out and they were gonna refund the money for the ticket. But I still haven't seen that refund, and I feel completely ripped off.

I just booked a flight through a third-party site and man, what a nightmare! So I paid for it, right? But then I get an email saying the booking didn't go through because the fare changed. And get this - they're still advertising the flight at the same price! They told me it's going to take 5 whole days to get my money back. By then, the prices will have gone up. I bought a plane ticket from Cali to Madrid not too long ago, and I paid a pretty penny for it, but man, oh man, have I been dealing with some serious issues trying to get ahold of their customer service peeps about getting my money back. E-ticket codes and reservation numbers
The e-ticket codes and reservation numbers wouldn't work when I tried to plug them into the airline's website. It was super frustrating. And to make matters worse, there weren't even any phone lines I could call for help - just a dumb chat bot that didn't really do much.

I purchased two tickets online, but it's been more than 24 hours and I still haven't gotten a confirmation email with a reservation number. Their customer service is awful, and I'm starting to think it might be a scam. Can anyone assist me with this issue?
Airline ticket purchase
This company is terrible. I'll never buy from them again. They're just a bunch of thieves. Had a terrible experience with them. They can't solve problems, don't even have Spanish-speaking agents, and they're just plain awful. Stay away from them, seriously.
Flight to Switzerland
I actually booked a flight to Switzerland for me and my mom last year, but we had to cancel because of Covid. It seriously took forever, but we finally got our money back last week. I was so surprised to see the refund in our bank account, I thought it would never happen!
Flight ticket
I am never buying a flight ticket from this company again. I got my ticket on December 14th and then got an email saying they couldn't process my payment because the airline changed the price, but they still charged my card. They said I'd get a refund in 5 to 10 days, but when I checked on it, they said it was the bank's fault and postponed the refund to January 2nd. Their emails seem like they're just automated and don't really answer my questions. Now they want me to deal with my bank and pay for something that I shouldn't have to.
Family ticket booking for travel to India
I recently booked tickets for my family to travel to India with this company, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. We showed up for our flight only to be told by the airline that they had no record of our booking. I even had the tickets from the company right there, but no luck. So, my daughter and I had to head back home while my wife was already in India dealing with her mom's surgery. It was such a mess, especially since I travel a lot and never had this happen before. I tried reaching out to the company right then and there, but can you believe they're closed on weekends? How can a ticket company not be available when so many folks are traveling? They still haven't given us new tickets, so I may have to get legal help.
