Unsatisfactory communication
I recently ordered from this new company for the first time and honestly, it was a total mess. I felt like I was being left in the dark about the status of my order and had to keep bothering customer service to find out anything. Finally, I was told my item was shipped four days ago, but I wasn't given any info on how it would be delivered. This online shopping experience was anything but easy and now I'm not even sure if I'll get what I bought or if I'll have to deal with the headache of asking for my money back.

I'm a customer who bought some skincare products from your company recently, and I have to say, my experience hasn't been great. I made the order on April 1st, paid by invoice on the 3rd, but it's already April 17th and I still haven't gotten my stuff. What's even more annoying is I don't have a tracking number, so I have no idea where my order is. This lack of info has made me doubt if this company is legit. I'm really let down by the service I've received.

Mail forwarding service
I had a really bad experience with this mail forwarding service. I told them I wanted to cancel, I even submitted an official request to cancel, but they still charged me anyway. When I asked for a refund, they just sent me a screenshot of an email from 15 days ago when I first signed up. It's like they don't get that time keeps moving forward. I signed up, I canceled, so I shouldn't have been charged again. Do yourself a favor and look for a different mail forwarding company that actually cares about their customers and does what they say they'll do.
