I ordered some books online not too long ago, and even though they arrived on time, I was bummed to see that the soft covers were a bit beat up. It looks like they were kinda roughed up while they were being packed, with all the edges bent, wrinkled, and creased. Even the outer covers weren't as tough as I hoped. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed by the shape they were in when they got to me.

My last time buying a cell phone was a total letdown. I got hit with extra charges and my bill was all over the place. On top of that, using my phone abroad cost me way too much money and the whole situation made me feel irritated with how unclear the company's rules are. I just got this cool engraved titanium multi-tool for my husband as a gift. I ordered it on December 12th, thinking it would show up after Christmas because of the custom engraving. But guess what? It actually arrived on December 19th, plenty early for the holiday. The engraving looks even better than I hoped and the whole tool is really well made. I'm super happy with what I bought and the service I got from the company.

I was really let down by the SEO certification course I bought from that company. The material was old and didn't talk about the latest trends. The instructor didn't seem interested and didn't answer student questions well. The course wasn't as good as others I've tried before online. Oh my gosh, I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I bought this shirt! It's been like three days now and I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation yet. I tried calling the phone numbers they provided, but one goes straight to voicemail and the other one doesn't even work at all. I've sent emails and left messages, but no one has gotten back to me. These guys are seriously the worst, and now I totally regret purchasing from them. Definitely a warning to all potential buyers out there!

I've been using these products for a while now, but man, let me tell you about my recent purchase of a mouse - it was a total disaster. The dang thing broke after just a month of using it!
