Cool Christmas gift
I received this drone as a Christmas gift and I've been having a blast flying it around my yard. It's actually pretty easy to control once I got the hang of it and stopped going too wild with the controls. The battery life is pretty good and it handles the wind like a champ. I'm excited to get a memory card so I can start recording my flights!

Hair supplements
I just bought some hair supplements thinking they'd be as good as before, but man was I let down. It took the company over a month to even ship my order, and when I finally got it, the formula was completely different without any heads up. The light blue gummies I used to love were gone, replaced by dark blue-green ones that taste awful. I tried reaching out for an explanation, but no one bothered to respond to my emails. Their lack of honesty and terrible customer service really rubbed me the wrong way. I'm definitely not buying from them ever again.

Online lingerie purchase
I decided to try out this brand because I was getting tired of the low-quality stuff from Amazon. So, I went ahead and placed an order on their website, all hyped up to get some new undergarments. But man, when my package showed up, I was super let down. They didn't include a packing slip or an invoice, and I didn't even get an email receipt for my order. I got so frustrated that I tried to log in to their website to check on my order, but I ran into problems with their login system. It was such a hassle that I ended up wasting a bunch of time trying to get a hold of their customer service for some help. Overall, my experience with them was a major disappointment, and there's no way I'm ordering from them ever again.

I ordered this really awesome polo shirt from them and oh man, it arrived super quick! It was all wrapped up all nice and neat too. The quality of the shirt is just top-notch, I seriously love it. I think I might have to treat myself to some more of their stuff!

I ordered the Hogwarts Castle lighting kit and one of the pieces didn't work. But, the customer service was awesome and they sent me a new piece really quickly. Now it's all working perfectly and I'm loving it!

I absolutely love the rabbit outfit I got from Role Cosplay! It totally went above and beyond what I expected. The fabric and colors they used are top-notch. And I gotta say, the material is super sturdy, and those bows are holding up really well. They definitely put some thought into making this outfit durable. It's obvious that every little detail was made with care. It's quickly become one of my favorite buys. Computer software
My experience ordering computer software from this company was a nightmare. I followed their address instructions for shipping to a PO Box, but they still shipped it through UPS, causing a major issue for me. I've been trying to contact customer service for days, but keep getting put on hold for hours and have not had my problem resolved. It's frustrating to be out a lot of money and not get the product I paid for. The service from this company is terrible and I'm really disappointed.

Bad boots
I bought a bunch of shoes from that store in person before, but this time I tried ordering online. The boots I received just weren't right, so I wanted to return them the next day. But, turns out I needed to wait for customer service to confirm it. Like, really? 1 to 2 business days? It's been nearly a whole week now and I haven't heard anything about my return. I've been emailing customer service, but no response. And the online chat? Total bust.
