Leggings and sports bra
I wanted to try out this brand, but man was I let down! I bought some leggings and a sports bra, and the whole thing was a disaster. They say you can return items, but let me tell you, that's not true at all. I didn't get an order confirmation or a packing slip, and on top of that, they gave me three different order numbers for one order. It's crazy. And their customer service? Forget about it. The person I talked to didn't have a clue, and there's no phone number to call for help. How am I supposed to return something without a slip and three different order numbers? I won't shop with them again, that's for sure.

Authentic Bottega Veneta Bag
This was actually my first time buying something from The Real Real, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. I heard some not-so-great stuff about their shipping and authenticity, but my purchase of a real Bottega Veneta bag was a win. The bag showed up just a few days after I ordered it, way faster than I thought. They used their basic shipping method, and I got the bag in perfect shape with the dust bag and original tags, just like they said on the site. The box had a little damage from shipping, but the bag itself was totally fine. All in all, I had a really good experience and I'm super happy with what I got.

Projected labor tracking
I really liked how I could use the labor tracking feature to plan my employees' schedules easily, but now it's gone without warning after the update. I tried to get help from customer support, but they couldn't fix the problem. I'm frustrated and disappointed with the lack of explanation and bad customer service.

I really liked how easy and quick it was to buy things from you. But, I was bummed to learn that your service is only for US customers after I already entered my dog's info and email. It's frustrating that this wasn't made clear from the start, especially since I'm not in the US. I'm worried I'll start getting ads I don't want now.
