Persia crossbody bag with faulty zipper
I bought this Persia crossbody bag from your store not too long ago, but ran into a problem right off the bat - the zipper got stuck. I tried reaching out to your customer service team through WhatsApp and even sent a video to show them what was going on. But I never heard back. Eventually, I sent an email and got a quick response, but was told to open a repair ticket. Since the bag was brand new, I asked for a replacement, but it took a few days before I was given a return label. I have a trip coming up and I was hoping to use this bag for it, so I'm feeling pretty disappointed right now.

I'm really happy with all the different kinds of classes you can do at home, like pump, combat, and low-impact. But I kinda wish they had older classes too, just for the nostalgia. Man, let me tell you about this awful experience I had! So, I ordered this cute little lingerie set a while back, right? But man, it was a total disaster. I bought two shirts from this company not long ago, one for me and one for my son-in-law. I got a medium for myself and a large for him, following their size guide. But when they showed up, they were both too small. My son-in-law thought the large was okay so he kept it. I showed up at the store hoping to swap the medium for the right size, and would you believe they wanted me to fork over an extra $21? Apparently, because I bought it during a different sale a few weeks back. I think that's pretty crazy and it definitely left me feeling let down with the whole situation.

Recent VRBO booking experience
I recently had a terrible experience booking a vacation rental through VRBO. I've used them before without any issues, but this time it was a total disaster. I was trying to find a place in Mérida, Mexico, and the property owner said my dates were open when they actually weren't. I ended up booking another place, but then I got a confirmation from the first host the next day, which was so confusing and frustrating. I tried to sort it out, but the host wouldn't give me a refund, so I ended up paying over $700 for a place I never stayed in. VRBO's lack of help and communication has left me really upset and out of pocket. I definitely won't be using their site again.

I returned some shoes over three months ago, but I still haven't gotten my money back even though the company confirmed they got the shoes back. I've tried talking to PayPal and reaching out to the company directly, but nothing has worked. They both say the refund was processed, but my account doesn't show it. It's not just about the money, but I also don't have the shoes anymore. Just be careful if you decide to deal with this company, because my experience showed me they might not be completely honest.

Easy maneuverability, smooth ride, challenging seat assembly
I recently bought a bike that's super easy to ride and gives me a smooth, enjoyable experience. Generally speaking, I'm pretty happy with it because it's helping me get some exercise out in the fresh air. But I did run into a little problem when I tried to put the seat on the bike just right. It was kind of tough and took me a while to figure it out without worrying about messing up the bike.
