I just had to get my luggage handle fixed, and let me tell you, the folks over at MVST Select really knocked it out of the park. They were on top of it from the get-go, making sure they understood what I needed. They checked out the damage, gave me a reasonable price, and fixed it up quick. I gotta say, I was seriously impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful they were the whole time.
High-quality product
I actually read through some other posts, but I gotta say, my experience was really good. I'm super happy with what I bought, even though I ended up missing out on a discount over Easter weekend. The product looks awesome and is top-notch quality.
Luggage bag
I bought a suitcase from this store, and man, I wish I hadn't. The handle snapped after a couple of trips, and one of the wheels started falling apart on the second trip. I looked at reviews of their stuff, and it seems like getting a replacement would be pointless. The quality is straight up terrible, like it's some cheap knockoff straight from China. You can find way better bags for way cheaper on sites like Alibaba or Aliexpress.
Travel case purchase
Customer service and quality are terrible. The lock on my case broke after just one trip, and despite reaching out several times, I only got a useless response and then nothing. I would definitely recommend staying away from this company at all costs!
Luggage purchase
I bought some luggage from this store not long ago and man, was I let down. The quality of the cases is just not up to par. They started falling apart after only a few months - scratches, dents, you name it. They look terrible and I can't even use them anymore. Compared to a cheaper case I have, the difference in quality is like night and day. I tried to talk to the company about it, hoping for a refund or at least a return, but they basically blew me off and ignored me. It's frustrating, to say the least.

Hey everyone, I am really frustrated with my experience at this place. I ordered some luggage a year ago and still haven't received it! On top of that, I haven't heard anything from them about it. Completely unacceptable.
Case for a trip
I got this case for my upcoming trip and paid extra for faster delivery, which was $111 more. I was supposed to get it by June 7th, but the tracking info showed it hadn't even been sent out yet. They kept sending me email excuses full of corporate talk, but never really fixed anything. Then out of nowhere, the order got canceled just two days before my trip, and I'm still waiting on my refund.
4th use bag broke
I used this bag a few times as a carry-on, and the clasp broke in my hand. The plastic mechanism is not durable at all. I've been waiting for support for 4 weeks now to figure out what to do, but still no solution. I have an upcoming trip in just 2 weeks, so now I have to buy a new bag. The support team keeps saying they're waiting to hear back from their warranty team, but it seems like a really small company, so I don't understand why it's taking so long unless they use a third party for warranties. It's not worth the money, I would suggest going with a more reputable brand even if it's more expensive. I feel like I wasted almost $400 on this bag since I only used it twice. On my last trip, one of the wheels also started acting up, but I don't even want to bother asking for help with this issue after the lack of help with the clasp problem. And there's no defined response time for support.
International order to Amsterdam, Netherlands
I just wanted to let you know that I made an order to Amsterdam, Netherlands on your website, but it never showed up. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but I haven't heard back from anyone yet. It's pretty frustrating that I haven't gotten any updates or information about my order, especially since I spent a good amount of money on it.
Suitcase purchase
I got my suitcase from MVST Select, right after Christmas I went on a trip, and now it's got scratches all over it! They sent me a picture from some other company saying it's normal for aluminum luggage to get messed up over time, but I don't think one trip should do that!
Lost luggage
I had such a frustrating experience with MVST Select. I bought a suitcase from them, but it never showed up at my place. The courier said they couldn't find me, even though other companies had no problem. I tried reaching out to MVST through email several times, but all I got back were generic responses saying they'd pass my problem along. They totally ghosted me on my last few emails. Seems like they're customer service isn't great at getting things done. Now I have to go through my credit card company for a chargeback because they couldn't fix the problem.
Suitcase purchase
I've gotta say, dealing with this company was such a letdown. I shelled out extra cash for a suitcase, thinking I was getting top-notch quality. But man, was I wrong. The product was pretty shoddy and definitely not worth the price tag. And don't even get me started on their customer service - totally unprofessional and not at all helpful. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. Trust me, you don't want to end up with an overpriced dud of a suitcase when you're out on your travels.
