Hey, I recently bought baby formula from this place. I don't usually write reviews unless something really impresses me or really disappoints me, you know? Well, overall this place isn't too bad. I do wish they had a phone number for customer service and a better refund policy, but on the positive side, they do respond to emails promptly and offer store credit for returns. It's tough to find the right formula for your baby, but at least they accept returns and give store credit for them. I docked a star because of the shipping fee and the fact that you only receive store credit or they deduct $15.00 if you return something.
Reflux formula purchase
I was looking for something to help with my baby's reflux problems. After doing some research, I found this product and decided to give it a shot, even though I was a bit skeptical at first because it's not American. We've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I've definitely seen an improvement in my baby's reflux. The formula is thicker than other ones, and I think that's why my baby isn't spitting up as much. The only thing I don't like is the packaging - I usually prefer formulas that come in a bottle instead of a bag. But overall, I'm happy with the product and will keep using it.
