2 packages lost in transit
I had two packages sent through this company and both times they got lost in transit! It took forever for them to arrive, and I'm not even sure if they're as cheap as they claim.
Lost settings after software upgrade
I had a terrible time with this software! All my settings disappeared when they did an upgrade, and I couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone to help me out. I even reached out to another company with amazing support and warned them not to bother with this software if they can't give good customer service. Other shipping softwares need to step up their game and provide better service!
Shipping label printing app
The online app for printing shipping labels is really annoying to use. It hardly ever works right, especially when I'm trying to connect it with Paypal. I've had a ton of problems with the Orders page, especially when I only have a few orders. Every time I try to get help from customer support, they just give me the same basic tips and ask the same questions over and over. Eventually, my issues get sent to the 'senior' support team, but they never respond. The support team's lack of good communication and problem-solving has me contacting them nearly every day, but nothing ever gets better.
Shipping software
Man, let me tell you, this shipping software is great when it's actually working. But hey, it's been on the fritz for a whole month now and it's seriously messing with my business! The support team? Useless. All I get is generic responses that don't do squat. And don't even get me started on trying to reach out to the second line support - they straight up ignore me. It's like talking to a wall!<br><br>I really need this software up and running, but it's just been problem after problem lately. Hope they get it fixed soon cause I can't afford to be without it much longer.
Seamless integration for multiple sale channels
ShipStation is seriously a game-changer for anyone who's got an online biz with all kinds of sale channels. Making labels automatically in just a few minutes saves me tons of time and hassle. I used to spend forever dispatching items by hand, but ShipStation handles it all. My booking efficiency has shot up by at least 75%, probably even more. I can't even think about going back to the old way after using ShipStation.
Amazon Tracking Rate Issue
Ship station really needs to get their system in line with Amazon's Valid Tracking Rate metric. If you send something without tracking, you can't mark the shipment as Stamped/Franked through ShipStation. And, even though Amazon shipping is an option, it doesn't seem to mesh well with ShipStation. Despite showing all the evidence of the issue, it's still not fixed.
Shipping cost issue
So our store is hooked up to Ship Station, right? And lately, our customers have been dealing with this really annoying issue where the shipping cost keeps changing and they can't finish their purchase. It's been a total headache! We've missed out on so many sales because of this glitch. And get this - when we asked Ship Station for help, they basically said, "Try again next week." Can you believe that? We needed help ASAP, not next week! That's why we decided to switch over to Shippo instead. Their customer service is way more helpful.
Account closure after 7 years
I can't believe this company just up and closed my account without even giving me a heads up! I've been a loyal customer for 7 whole years, and now they're even keeping my money in there. Such a scam, I tell ya!
Upset with ShipStation
So, hey, I was trying to use ShipStation to ship some things and guess what? They don't let us customers have their UPS discount. Seriously not cool, man! I found out that I could save 30% if I just set up my own UPS account, but ShipStation wouldn't let me use it until I got rid of all their fancy automation rules. Ugh, so frustrating! I think I'll give Shippo a try and see if they're any different.
Customer Service Experience
I've been dealing with some serious issues when it comes to the customer service at this company. I've asked multiple times for them to stop contacting me through calls, texts, voicemails, and emails - especially from this one person named Payton Gregory - but they just keep ignoring my requests. It's like they're stalking me with all this constant communication, happening at least twice a day. It's not okay for a company to completely ignore a customer's plea to be taken off their contact list. I've completely lost faith in their service and won't even think about using it again.
Business growth tools
Our business has been growing fast and we needed some new tools to help us keep up. ShipStation has been a big help for us - it's made a real difference. Setting up our account was a bit tricky at first, but thanks to Derek Necak's great customer service, we got through it all quickly. Derek was professional and quick to help with any problems we had, and we really appreciate it. ShipStation has made shipping a lot easier for us and has helped us work more efficiently overall.
International Shipping
I sent three packages to Europe with IOSS, and when they were delivered, VAT was charged on all of them. Dealing with customer service has been frustrating because they just keep giving me the same scripted replies. UPS told me that ShipStation was inputting data incorrectly, but ShipStation hasn't given me any helpful answers yet.
Unauthorized Account Charges
I just went through a situation where I noticed a charge of $19.99 on my bank account from an account I didn't even create or use, linked to a company I don't even deal with. I tried to sort it out through the company's contact info, but couldn't reach a real person to look into the charges. The lack of customer service and help got me pretty annoyed and disappointed. It's pretty alarming that my debit card info was used without my permission, so I want to warn everybody to be careful when sharing payment details online.
Shipping platform review
I thought the platform was really helpful for handling my shipping stuff, but I was kinda let down by how they handled things when I ran into technical problems. And then they went and raised their prices, which didn't sit right with me 'cause it felt like an extra expense for nothing, you know?
Rip-off customer service
They went ahead and raised their prices, which is totally unfair. We bust our butts to make some money, and all they care about is taking it from us. We're keeping our eyes peeled for a better deal, 'cause we can't keep getting screwed over like this. We're hoping to come across a service that genuinely values its customers, not just their profit.

OMG, ShipStation seriously keeps messing up my bills! I mean, why can't they just get it right the first time, you know? It's so frustrating because then I have to deal with trying to collect money from my customers after ShipStation messes things up. Like, who even has time for that? Ship Station can't beat these company due to there size and international old networks Ship station doing very good and big part of area well covered but lot if things still to do.My business is very small limited with big states within US Whole deliveries are being taken care by this company I can judge about performance honestly.
