    Shipping label printing app

    The online app for printing shipping labels is really annoying to use. It hardly ever works right, especially when I'm trying to connect it with Paypal. I've had a ton of problems with the Orders page, especially when I only have a few orders. Every time I try to get help from customer support, they just give me the same basic tips and ask the same questions over and over. Eventually, my issues get sent to the 'senior' support team, but they never respond. The support team's lack of good communication and problem-solving has me contacting them nearly every day, but nothing ever gets better.

    Pants with snaps for total movement activities

    I just bought these pants that are supposed to be great for moving around in, but I'm kind of bummed out by how easily the snaps come undone whenever I'm climbing or twisting. I think they'd work a lot better with a basic button closure instead.

    Travel token keychains

    I really love the concept of collecting tokens to remember our travels - it's such a special and personal way to keep our adventures alive. The range of options available, especially the custom tokens, allows for such a unique touch. Shipping was super quick and efficient, too. I initially gave my husband a keychain and tokens for Christmas and just recently ordered more for Valentine's Day. I even made a spreadsheet to track all the tokens we've gotten so far, as well as the ones we still want to get in the future. It's pretty incredible to see all the places we've been and I can't wait to add more memories to our collection. Thank you so much for offering such fantastic products!

    Wow, this stuff is seriously amazing! I've bought it twice now and I just can't get enough. It's so smooth and comfy, it totally blew me away. I totally recommend it to anyone looking to feel super cozy in their clothes. Seriously, give it a try!

    I've been coming to this store for a while, and I've always loved their clothes. People used to compliment my cute outfits all the time, and I even referred my friends here. But I recently bought some Final Sale items and I'm not happy. Two of them had big problems - one looked used and the other had a messed-up seam. When I asked for help, they said I could get store credit, which I took. But then they took out $8 for shipping without telling me first, even though their website said something different. When I asked about it, they said it was a one-time thing, making me feel like I was being punished for their mistakes. All this sneaky stuff and changing rules has made me really lose faith in this brand.

    I can't believe what a rip-off this product turned out to be! I tried to cancel my subscription before they charged me, but they totally ignored me and just kept charging me anyways. When I asked for help, they tried to distract me with offers for free stuff instead of actually fixing the problem. And you know what? My credit didn't even get better like they said it would. It's a bunch of baloney if you ask me! Save your money and time and steer clear of these scammers.

    Flower bouquet for Mother’s Day

    Ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day, the day of I received a notice saying they would be unable to deliver them on Mother’s Day and rescheduled for the next day, Monday. I understand flowers are big for Mother’s Day so I wasn’t upset about them coming a little late. Then by Wednesday my mother still said she had not received anything in the mail which was annoying but I just told her to keep waiting. Then Thursday morning comes and I wake up to a text message saying they were unable to complete my order and that my order was cancelled. This is a horrible way to do business, it’s one thing to be delayed on deliveries but to just up and cancel my order and leave my mother with no flowers at all is just rude and inconsiderate. I will never order from this company again


    The same thing happened to me....have waited over six days to get the flowers delivered...no one has returned my emails or calls!! Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.....WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

    We had the same experience with our Mother’s Day order. Horrible choice of flower company.
