I really like the idea of not obsessing over the numbers on the scale, it has really helped me concentrate more on my overall health rather than just a number. The color-coded system is super easy to follow and the mobile app gives really good feedback. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey.

Customer Service Experience
I've been dealing with some serious issues when it comes to the customer service at this company. I've asked multiple times for them to stop contacting me through calls, texts, voicemails, and emails - especially from this one person named Payton Gregory - but they just keep ignoring my requests. It's like they're stalking me with all this constant communication, happening at least twice a day. It's not okay for a company to completely ignore a customer's plea to be taken off their contact list. I've completely lost faith in their service and won't even think about using it again.

Stars named for my favorite rescue animals
I really wanted to do something extra special for my favorite rescue animals, Corky, Bilbo, and Henry. Corky passed away and I thought, "I need to do something awesome for him and his buddies!" There were some hiccups at first, but the folks at the place sorted everything out and made sure my boys got their own stars. Now, it just warms my heart knowing my fur babies have their stars shining up there in the sky. I'm overjoyed and extremely grateful for the amazing people who supported me through this whole experience.
