These wireless headphones are a nightmare! They always lose sync with each other, and it's a pain trying to get them back in line. Customer support just keeps sending replacement pairs that end up with the same frustrating problem. Not to mention, the touch controls are a mess - they don't work or start playing music randomly, making me close and reopen apps to fix it. And the fit is terrible - these headphones won't stay in my ears. Save yourself the frustration and find a different pair that actually works.

I tried to get my sister a return ticket using my debit card, but she couldn't get on the plane because she didn't have a paper authorization letter, even though I sent it by email and she showed it on WhatsApp. When I asked for a refund, customer service said I was penalized for missing the flight, and I ended up losing around INR 60,000.

Customer Service Experience
I've been dealing with some serious issues when it comes to the customer service at this company. I've asked multiple times for them to stop contacting me through calls, texts, voicemails, and emails - especially from this one person named Payton Gregory - but they just keep ignoring my requests. It's like they're stalking me with all this constant communication, happening at least twice a day. It's not okay for a company to completely ignore a customer's plea to be taken off their contact list. I've completely lost faith in their service and won't even think about using it again.

I bought this haircare product from a company and found out later that they actually support the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people in Gaza. Even if I enjoy using their product, I can't continue to support a brand that's connected to such terrible things. We should be focusing on freedom and safety for everyone, not just what we like for ourselves.

Stars named for my favorite rescue animals
I really wanted to do something extra special for my favorite rescue animals, Corky, Bilbo, and Henry. Corky passed away and I thought, "I need to do something awesome for him and his buddies!" There were some hiccups at first, but the folks at the place sorted everything out and made sure my boys got their own stars. Now, it just warms my heart knowing my fur babies have their stars shining up there in the sky. I'm overjoyed and extremely grateful for the amazing people who supported me through this whole experience.
