Stars named for my favorite rescue animals
I really wanted to do something extra special for my favorite rescue animals, Corky, Bilbo, and Henry. Corky passed away and I thought, "I need to do something awesome for him and his buddies!" There were some hiccups at first, but the folks at the place sorted everything out and made sure my boys got their own stars. Registering a star was pretty easy until I ran into a problem with how my message showed up on the document. Even though I emailed them to fix it, the first version still got printed on the final document. But when I got in touch with the company, they quickly sent me a new pack that I got in 3 days. So in the end, the service was decent, but the mistake at first was a bummer.

Star registration for a loved one
I really liked the whole star registration process. The presentation was really cool and the materials they used were top-notch. But I kind of wish they had given me a bigger night sky map that zoomed in more on my star, and maybe made the star a different color like red to make it pop. Also, those crosshairs blocking the star could go - not a fan of those.
Mistake on certificate
I messed up on the certificate for a purchase I made recently, but the customer service people at the company fixed it right away. I really appreciate them being so quick and willing to assist.
