the comforter is really soft and cozy, but the return/refund dance was way more annoying than it needed to be. I ordered two for the holidays and they turned out to be too warm for me, so I tried to swap for the lighter version. The shipping label you print says you have plenty of time to drop it off, so I sent one back right away. Then, surprise — an email said the return was declined. Customer support told me the label was only valid for a couple days, not the 28 the label showed. That was frustrating. Fast forward: they did confirm they received the box, said it would be inspected and processed in about two weeks. That “two weeks” stretched out longer than I expected — took quite a few more business days before I finally got a refund notice after nudging them. In the meantime I ordered a cheaper alternative from another retailer and it arrived in a day, which saved me. I’m honestly relieved it all worked out and I got my money back, and the comforter itself is lovely — super soft and worth the sleep. If I were to give advice: keep a backup on hand if you can’t be comforter-less, and be ready to follow up on returns. I’m thankful they did process it eventually, just wish the timeline was more transparent. I’ll probably buy from them again but I’ll set expectations for returns first.
Soft sheets, rough ride
the sheets themselves actually surprised me in one small but important way — they’re really soft — but the whole buying experience around them turned into a headache that kind of ruined it. Stupidly optimistic, I guess. The product arrived (eventually), I opened the box and the fabric was nice — lightweight, smooth, breathable — honestly that was the one pleasant surprise. Like, for a second I thought, “okay, maybe this will be worth it.” But then all the other stuff hit me and that softness didn’t really fix much.
Small win, big letdown
UNDEFINED” or “Not Enough Credits” kept popping up no matter what I tried. I rebooted browsers, tried the app, cleared cookies, all that. Support finally admitted there’s a bug, which was a weird relief; the moment I got that admission I actually felt satisfied — like, finally someone knew it wasn’t just me. But that satisfaction faded pretty fast because the suggested “workaround” to apply the credit 4–5 times? Yeah, no.
Free shipping also failed at times; I was charged shipping and only got refunds after emailing a few times and sending screenshots. The seasonal gift thing never showed up — “website issues,” they said. It’s been ongoing for months and I got a lot of “escalated” replies that didn’t lead to fixes. So my take: the company isn’t totally ignoring you, they will respond and sometimes give small refunds, which was the little surprise that made me keep hope. But the core perks advertised for VIP aren’t reliable.
If you’re considering VIP, be ready to follow up and keep screenshots. My advice: don’t pay full price expecting seamless benefits right away — only join if you don’t mind chasing them down. I’ll update if things actually get fixed, but for now it’s disappointing.Bamboo sheets
