If you're thinking of spending a lot of money at this place, I'd suggest thinking again. I bought something recently that never arrived, and when I contacted customer service, it was a complete disaster. They basically just said it wasn't their issue because I didn't report the missing package within 10 days. Really? I'm out nearly $1000 and they couldn't care less. Booked international flights
I booked flights with this airline for my family and me, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. From beginning to end, everything went wrong. Our layover in Belgrade was a nightmare - my sister got left behind at the airport with no help or communication from the airline. She had to pay for another flight just to catch up with us. It was so frustrating and made us feel totally abandoned. The lack of customer service and care was just shocking. It really makes you wonder, can we even trust this airline?

Tactical flashlight
I had a really bad experience with this company recently. I ordered a tactical flashlight but when it showed up, it wasn't what I expected at all based on their website. Getting a refund was a hassle - had to make a bunch of calls and wait for weeks. In the end, they only gave me back the money for the item and wouldn't cover the shipping fee.
