Honest and reliable services
In my opinion as a customer, I gotta say the services I received were really honest and dependable. Unlike some other companies out there, this one didn't try to sneak in extra fees or push me to buy things I didn't need. The info they gave me was spot-on and I wouldn't think twice about using their services again in the future if I have to.
Unintentional account sign-up
I accidentally signed up for an account and they quickly refunded me. I really appreciated how understanding and nice the customer service team was at that company.
Ease and speed of finding needed information
I don't usually have to look up stuff, but when I do, I like it when it's fast and simple. Spokeo really came through for me, giving me the info I needed right when I needed it. Their site was easy to use and the results were spot-on. I'll definitely think about using them again down the road.
Quick search for a name
I was really looking forward to using this website to look up a certain name, but I was really let down when it couldn't find any information from the number I provided. I needed the info right away, but no such luck.
Search results multiple people
I tried finding someone, but I found a bunch of people with the same name in different places. None of them were the right person. What a bummer.
Data purchase
The data I bought was alright. It had the phone number and email I was looking for, but I wasn't too happy with the trial. They charged me $29.95 for just one report, which was kind of a letdown.
Outdated information
I'm really frustrated with how old the information is. It's like, c'mon! I couldn't find anything helpful at all. And on top of that, canceling my account is such a hassle. It's just not cool.
1-time search
I had a really bad time using this service. I thought I was just paying for one search, but then I found out I was actually signed up for a monthly plan. Even though I canceled right away and only used the service once (and paid extra for it), I only got back some of my money. Not to mention, the info I got from the search was wrong. The phone number I looked up didn't match the person it said it would. And this has been a problem for at least 2 years.
Efficient and professional customer service
I was really impressed by the customer service I got when I talked to the company recently. The reps were super efficient and really professional. They were quick to help out with my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. It was a nice change from other companies I've dealt with before. I'd definitely suggest their customer service to anyone who wants a good experience.
Sketchy fees
I was trying to find some information and thought I had found a good deal for less than a dollar, but then suddenly they want to charge me a crazy monthly price without giving me a heads up. Not cool. And guess what? There was no useful information in the report. Complete waste of my lunch money.
Mail account report
I requested a report for an email address that had numbers in it, but Spokeo took out the numbers and didn't even include the domain. The information they provided was not helpful and very basic. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.
Spying on peeps
Spokeo is awesome! It's like a cool spy tool that lets you dig up all the juicy gossip on someone. I tried it to see if my crush was being straight with me and also looked into potential caregivers for my grandma. It was super user-friendly and I found a ton of info, even about myself! I definitely suggest giving it a try if you're curious to uncover some hidden truths.
Ancestry research tool
I had to cancel a few subscriptions, including the ancestry research tool, because money is tight right now. It was really cool to be able to trace my family history all the way back to 1711 and see who my living relatives are today. I used it a lot for my genealogy research. But as soon as I have more money, I definitely want to subscribe again and keep using it for more research.
Report purchase
I just bought a report on someone for a small fee. But, turns out I accidentally signed up for a more expensive subscription along with it. When I contacted customer service about the mix-up, they were able to give me a full refund, which was a nice surprise. I didn't even use any of the subscription perks, just the report. I have to say, I'm really happy with how quickly and effectively customer service handled the issue. I'd definitely suggest this platform to other people.
Clear email correspondence
I contacted customer support by email about my account and got really good service. The rep got back to me quickly, was super nice addressing my questions, and gave me clear and useful info. With their help, I was able to take legal action against them for a bunch of different crimes such as mail fraud, grand theft auto, IRS fraud, identity theft, and a whole lot more. It's such a relief to know that there are resources out there that are all about taking down these bad guys and making sure they pay for what they've done.

I recently tried out an online background check service and I was really happy with how it turned out. The person I talked to on the phone knew their stuff and was super helpful with all my questions. Plus, the website was easy to use and made the whole thing a breeze. I'd definitely suggest giving this service a try if you need to double-check info on someone you're chatting with online.
Bought report, got subscription
I bought this really cheap thing and then they totally tried to get me to buy something super expensive! But when I called them out on it, they gave me my money back. I mean, it's not the worst thing ever, but they could definitely be more honest about their prices!
