Interactive learning material
The learning stuff I bought wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. It just kept going in circles, so my kids got pretty bored. And when I tried to cancel my subscription, I had trouble because the app said it wasn't active but still charged me. Dealing with that was annoying and not worth it. Basically, it was more trouble than it was helpful.

In my opinion as a customer, I gotta say the services I received were really honest and dependable. Unlike some other companies out there, this one didn't try to sneak in extra fees or push me to buy things I didn't need. Cruise ship ticket purchase
I bought a cruise ship ticket on this site and honestly, I was really let down by the whole thing. They told me it was sold out but I was somehow still able to buy one. I reached out a bunch of times about the voucher, but all I got back were these vague responses that didn't really help. Then, to top it all off, they ended up canceling my ticket right at the last minute, and by then everything else was already sold out. It was just super frustrating and I wouldn't trust them again.

So, I heard this spot is famous for their fancy chocolates, but to be honest, I wasn't blown away. The dark chocolate truffles I got were okay, but nothing amazing. In the end, I left feeling let down and unimpressed.

I was so let down by the customer service at LivingSocial. I couldn't even reach out to them when I needed help with something I bought. I tried calling, chatting, and even sent an email as a last resort. It took a whole day just to get a basic response that didn't even answer my question. It was really annoying and felt like they didn't care about helping me out.
