Cancelled yearly plan
I accidentally cancelled my yearly plan, so now all of my client websites are unpublished. It's been a total disaster! Duda's communication about the consequences of cancelling was really misleading, and now I'm stuck trying to figure out a complicated workaround.
Subscription cancellation issue
Seems like there's some sketchy stuff happening with Memberstack and Duda's subscription cancellation process. Once you sign up with Memberstack, trying to cancel is a pain because they say you have to cancel your Duda membership first. But Duda won't let you cancel unless you upgrade. Their support email just seems to care about squeezing more money out of us.
Poor technical support and average interface
I didn't have much luck with tech support, which made using the interface pretty annoying. Compared to SquareSpace, it was definitely not as easy to use. They say it's more customizable, but without any help, it's really hard to get what you want out of it.
Website building tool
Duda, man, it's like the absolute best tool out there for building websites. We've been using it for a while now, and let me tell you, it has totally blown us away. The user experience is top-notch, the flexibility is off the charts, and the performance is just outstanding. It leaves all those other CMS tools we checked out in the dust. And can we talk about the price? It's seriously so reasonable for all the value you get. We haven't come across anything we can't do with Duda, and their customer support is on another level. They're always there to help us out with any questions or problems we run into. Sure, there are a few limitations, but Duda is always stepping up its game and adding new features at lightning speed. We seriously couldn't be happier with choosing Duda for all our website needs.
Website building platform
I just got this website building platform and I gotta say, it's awesome for making those small to medium websites. Super easy to use and speeds up the whole process. Yeah, it's a bit pricier than some others out there, but the quality and ease of it all definitely justify the cost. What really stands out though is the top-notch customer support. Anytime I needed help, these guys were on it - quick, helpful, and efficient. Their dedication to making sure their customers are happy really shines through.
Website building platform experience
I've been using this website building platform for over 6 years now and it's really good for making small, simple websites. The option to customize for both desktop and mobile is super easy and flexible. The sites load fast, rank well, and have good SEO features. But, there are some downsides like basic widgets, missing features, awkward transitions, and an overall not-so-great user experience that can make it hard to meet our clients' needs and expectations. It would definitely help if the platform worked on improving these things for a smoother user experience.
Agency Plan features
The web building tools from this company are really great, no doubt. But what really bothers me is how slow their support team is. I paid top dollar for the Agency Plan, hoping for quick answers to my questions, but instead, I didn't hear anything for days. It's definitely frustrating.
Attempted Wordpress competitor
This platform says it's the next big thing for making websites, trying to be better than Wordpress. But truth be told, it's not that great. They make fun of Wordpress plugins, but Duda mostly pushes paid plugins, which they call "apps". It feels like they're more about making money than coming up with new and user-friendly ideas. Plus, they're missing important features, and their widgets seem old-fashioned compared to others out there. All in all, trying to be the next big Wordpress replacement just doesn't cut it.
Website building tool review
The website building tool works fine for simple sites, but it's not so great if you're trying to make something more complex. It's missing some key features like a search tool and categories in the blog section, which holds it back. It's good for easy sites, but anything fancier might need a different tool.
Website creation platform lacking second factor authentication
It's a bummer that Duda doesn't have that two-factor authentication option for extra security on websites. In this day and age, it's super important for tools used by professionals to have that feature to keep info safe. Without it, the chances of getting hacked while using Duda are just too risky to brush off. It's kind of a letdown that a promising platform like Duda doesn't measure up when it comes to such a vital part of website security. If you're worried about keeping your data safe, it's probably a good idea to search for a more secure option to build your websites.
Unresponsive website, scamming
I stopped my subscription a month ago, but they're still charging me. The website is no longer available, yet they keep taking my money. The websites they offer are not very user-friendly.

I think this website builder is just a total letdown. It's a big security problem that they don't have 2FA/MFA for paying customers. The platform is slow all the time, doesn't work well with other plugins, and just doesn't perform well. Plus, the widgets are old-fashioned and don't let you customize much. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest using this website builder at all.

I'm really happy with the website development platform I've been using. It's way easier to create and manage sites compared to other platforms. The support team is always there, 24/7, which is super convenient and comforting. I've already made like a dozen sites on this platform and have been blown away by the results. I'm pretty bummed about Duda getting rid of live chat support for the basic plans. The platform has its flaws, but having live chat made it easier to deal with. Now, without that option, the platform's issues are more obvious, especially for people who aren't super tech-savvy like me. Waiting a couple days to hear back from their email support is really annoying. I used to be a big fan of Duda, but now I'm not sure I'd recommend it without live chat support.
Misleading marketing tactics
I was really let down by how this company advertises their product. Rather than showcasing what makes them unique, they prefer to bash their competitors in a desperate effort to shine a spotlight on themselves. This shady marketing strategy is disrespectful and not at all professional. It just shows that they don't truly believe in their own product and leaves me doubting their integrity as a business.

As someone who helps businesses create websites affordably, I can't in good conscience recommend the platform I've unfortunately been using for almost 3 years. Duda has consistently been a nightmare to work with, filled with unnecessary obstacles that make every project longer than it needs to be. Basic features are awkward, inefficient, and often change unexpectedly, making simple tasks more complicated than they should be. The lack of optimization for different devices adds more steps to the process, making simple tasks turn into hours of extra work. Despite my efforts to push for a switch to a different platform, the number of websites we've built on Duda makes switching seem impossible without neglecting other responsibilities. In short, Duda isn't worth the trouble for anyone trying to efficiently create or manage multiple websites.

I've been using this website platform for over a year and I gotta say, it's awesome. It's so easy to use and has all the features I need for my site. Even though it's more geared towards website agencies, it still works great for me even though I'm not in that industry. The Facebook support community is amazing too, always there to lend a hand when I need it. Honestly, I would definitely recommend this platform to anyone wanting to build a website.
