Water filter purchase
I wasn't sure about buying a water filter from this company at first, but I'm really happy I did! The filter is top-notch and has really improved the taste and quality of our water. Ordering was easy, and the customer service team was quick to answer my questions. The price was fair for the quality. Delivery was fast and easy. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase from this company.

Upset with ShipStation
So, hey, I was trying to use ShipStation to ship some things and guess what? They don't let us customers have their UPS discount. Seriously not cool, man! I found out that I could save 30% if I just set up my own UPS account, but ShipStation wouldn't let me use it until I got rid of all their fancy automation rules. Ugh, so frustrating! I think I'll give Shippo a try and see if they're any different.
