Photo prints and photo book
So, I bought some photo prints and a photo book online recently. But what I got was way different from what I wanted. The quality was bad, and the colors were all wrong. When I tried to get a refund, the customer service was terrible. It was hard to even talk to someone, and when I finally did, they were no help at all. They wouldn't give me a refund, even though they messed up. It was really annoying and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Merida blanket kit
I've been super happy with all the knitting kits I've gotten from this company. I like to wait to start a new project until I finish the one I'm already working on. I love the feeling of excitement when I open up a new kit, touch the yarn, and check out the instructions. The directions have always been really clear and easy to understand for each project I've tried. I usually go over them a few times and make some practice swatches to get the hang of new techniques or stitches. Right now I'm working on the Merida blanket and I'm already thinking about what I want to make next.

Sheets Lifetime Warranty
I had a really frustrating experience with buying some sheets from this company that claimed to have a Lifetime Warranty. The sheets began showing signs of wear and tear after only a month of use. When I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement, they told me they wouldn't honor the Lifetime Warranty like they had promised when I bought them. It was really disappointing because we had spent a lot of money on other products from this brand, like a mattress, pillows, towels, and clothes. The quality of the sheets didn't live up to what we expected, especially considering the high price we paid for them.

I got totally sucked in by those fantastic deals I found on Airfarewatchdog and all those other sites they're connected to. I really thought I was scoring an amazing deal on those plane tickets, but turns out it was just the old bait and switch trick. The confirmation pages looked legit, but it was all a show. The customer service folks I talked to seemed pretty shady, some of them had accents that made me wonder where they were really located. The idea that they have my personal info now is freaking me out. I've cancelled all my bookings and won't be messing with them again.

Iron purchase for Christmas
I recently got my husband an iron as a Christmas present from this store. The shopping experience overall was okay, but there were a couple of little problems along the way. My husband shops here a lot and always gets his stuff quickly and is happy with the quality. But when I tried to use a coupon code for the golf club, it didn't work, which was a bummer. And on Black Friday, there was a $9.99 shipping fee, which seemed kinda high for a holiday sale. Despite these issues, the online shopping went smoothly and the product got to us in good shape and was what we expected.

Memory foam mattress
Oh my gosh, I am seriously in love with my new memory foam mattress! I had no idea what I was missing out on with those old spring mattresses. It seriously feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud, but still gives me the support I need. I got this fancy cotton pad to keep it clean, but I'm low-key worried it might change how comfy it is. Really hoping it doesn't mess up the feel of my mattress!
