Patio chairs purchase
My new patio chairs got here right on time and were a breeze to put together. They even included extras of all the screws, washers, and parts, which was a nice surprise, even though I didn't end up needing them. When I freaked out thinking I had lost some tools, the customer service was super quick getting back to me. Turns out, the tools had just slipped off onto the garage floor. All in all, I'm really happy with the quality of the furniture and how well they took care of me.
L-Shaped outdoor couch purchase
I got this L-Shaped outdoor couch from a store and it was a good deal. The materials they used were good quality. But there were a couple of hiccups once I got it. They forgot a part and the assembly instructions didn't match up. Luckily, the customer service at AlphaMart was on it and sent me the missing part right away. They kept me in the loop the whole time. As for putting it together, we just had to figure it out ourselves since the instructions were a bust.
Storage cabinet purchase
I just bought a storage cabinet from this store, but when I tried putting it together, I found out they gave me the wrong piece. I called customer service and sent them a picture of the issue, and they quickly sent me a replacement. I was happy to get it in just two days - way faster than I thought! Their fast and helpful response really impressed me. Because of this good experience, I'll definitely consider shopping at this store again in the future.
Patio chair replacement arms
I bought a patio chair from this store not long ago and when it showed up, it had some scratches from bad packaging at the factory. But I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. They sent me replacement arms super fast, like two of them, no problem. And this was during the crazy Christmas rush too! They really handled the situation well. I'd definitely say I had a good experience with their customer service.
Office chair purchase
I had a little problem with a couple of pieces not fitting right, but when I reached out to customer service, they quickly sent me a replacement part that fixed everything. The chair is comfy and serves its purpose perfectly. Big thanks to Farrah and Yvonne for their awesome customer service.
Patio Dining set with 6 chairs
I ordered a patio dining set with 6 chairs, but when it arrived, one of the chairs had a little scratch on the arm. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly sent me a replacement arm. I'm really happy with how they handled the situation.

The customer service at this store is fantastic. I just got myself a 7 piece outdoor furniture set and it's even better than I expected. It's really well-made, super sturdy, and the cushions are so comfy. I'm really satisfied with what I got and I think the price was totally worth it. If you're unsure about buying something, go for it - you won't be disappointed.
Outdoor chair purchase
I ordered this really awesome outdoor chair online, but when it got here, one of the pieces was totally smashed up. I contacted the customer service for the website and they were super nice. They sent me a replacement piece really quickly, even though it didn't come overnight. I'll definitely be shopping from there again because they were so friendly and helpful!
Patio set plus extra chairs
I just got myself a patio set and some extra chairs from this store. The chairs were really well-built and solid, way better than I expected. But, the table came with some damage. Luckily, I reached out to their customer service, and after sending a few pictures, they quickly sent me a new table. I was really impressed by how professional and fast they were.
Chair set
I bought this chair set from this store and it was actually really nice. When it arrived, two of the chairs were a little messed up but I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me replacements. The chairs are comfy and they look great in my room. I'm really pleased with my purchase!
Stools
The stools I bought were pretty good overall, but dang it, one of them had a broken foot piece when it arrived. I think it might've gotten messed up during manufacturing or by some other person who returned it. But, the customer service folks were quick to send me two new ones, so that was cool.
Reclining Chair Purchase
The customer service at AlphaMarts was amazing! I had a few questions about putting together the reclining chair I bought, and they quickly sent me a video from the factory showing how to do it. Let me tell you, the chair is great - super comfy, affordable, and really well-made. I definitely suggest checking out both the chair and the company.
Heavy duty chairs
I just got some new heavy-duty chairs from that store. One of them ended up coming damaged, but when I reached out to customer service, they sent over a replacement part right away. I was really impressed with how quickly they took care of everything. The chairs are solid and seem like they'll hold up well on my deck for a good while.
Folding Chair
Order process is easy but that is all that is easy. It has been 2 months since I ordered a single chair and have received absolutely nothing.
I contacted Alphamarts numerous times but all they have is excuses. First they said it was the carriers fault for not picking up. I guess they are the only place that has to wait 2 months for a carrier to pick up.
I have asked for a refund but they will not issue one because “the package is ready in the warehouse.”
I would never order anything from these guys again and I would advise everyone to stay away.Patio Chair Set
Having a nightmare on a patio chair set order from them. I have gotten 5 different renditions blaming FedEX as to the staus my order which when I spoke to the shipper arrangements where never made to pick merchandise from the warehouse. Have repeatedly request cancellation and refund and keep getting told the order is in route which is not true. Another Chinese based company scamming good folks even though they have a Las Vegas, NV address.

That's bullshit that you can't issue Me a refund. I have waited nearly a month and it has just been placed on the trailer to be shipped. You sent Me bullshit information from the start telling Me, when I paid for it that it was already on it's way. Now, I get this email after I requested a refund telling Me that it is now on the trailer ready to be delivered. I'm tired of this run around bullshit. I haven't had a problem recieving anything else I ordered from anywhere else, don't understand why I am having so many issues with your company. I have waited and waited this is absolutely ridiculous. I will never make another purchase through your company, after all of the issues I have had with this one purchase.
Patio high back chairs and table
The chairs were easy to assemble and are fine, The table came on a different delivery date which was fine but the one bracket does not fit the brace, After numerous time texting to the service center which I believe is a call center, (they would not call me, only text?) There is no solution to this problem. All I need is to replace one bracket, but they insist i am not putting the table together? There is only 2 brackets, pretty easy. Started this texting process on 5/13/2020, as of 5/18/2020 still waiting for solution.
I ordered and got the set of MF Studio outdoor metal swivel chair set of 2 dining rockerchairs with cushion 300 lbs support for Garden Backyard Bistro. I got 3 left chair armsand only 1 right chair arm. Please call me @ 832-248-5589 for correction on this delivered item.
