Patio dining set
I recently had a great experience with customer service about a patio dining set I bought. Even though the product was really good quality, I had a little problem while putting it together. One of the bolt holes was kind of blocked, so the bolt didn't fit all the way in. I contacted customer service and they were super quick and helpful in getting back to me. They not only responded to my email fast, but they also took responsibility for the issue and gave me a solution quickly. Their professionalism and commitment to fixing the problem went above and beyond what I expected, especially in the world of customer service today.
Fast shipping, missing part
I just bought something online and the shipping was super fast, which was awesome. But when I opened the package, I noticed that a little piece was missing from my order. It could have been a pain, but the customer service I got was really amazing. I emailed them about the issue and they got back to me right away, said sorry for the mistake, and sent out the missing part quickly. It's not every day you come across such top-notch customer service, so I have to shout them out for going above and beyond to fix things. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, all thanks to their fast help and awesome service.
Charcoal patio grill with 2 liftable enamel charcoal trays
The ordering process went really smoothly and I got my purchase in just 2 days. Putting together the grill was a breeze thanks to the clear assembly instructions, it only took me about 4 hours. I've already used it once and it surpassed all of my expectations. I love the separate controls for lowering the coals on each side, such a cool idea. So far, I haven't had any issues like paint peeling or rust, which is awesome. Overall, this purchase has been fantastic and I can't wait to enjoy many more years of using it.
7 seat outdoor patio set
I ordered the 7-seat outdoor patio set back in February and just got around to setting it up this past weekend. But, when we were putting it together, we realized there was a missing or wrong piece. I decided to shoot an email to customer service and was pretty happy when I got a response later that day. They quickly sent out the correct piece and we had the issue fixed in just two days. The patio set is really good quality and I'm happy with my buy. Definitely planning on ordering from them again in the future.
Patio dining set with manufacturing mistakes
I recently bought a patio dining set from Alphamarts and unfortunately, one of the chairs didn't have pre-drilled holes in the metal. Luckily, when I reached out to their customer service, they quickly sent me two replacement chairs to make up for the mistake. I was really impressed with the quality of the dining set and the great customer service provided by Zeke and Tiffany at Alphamarts. They were both super helpful and made sure my issue was taken care of efficiently and to my satisfaction.
Outdoor dining set
I bought an outdoor dining set from a popular store not long ago. But, when it got delivered, one of the chairs was messed up and some hardware was missing. I called the store, and they told me to talk to AlphaMarts for help. Right off the bat, AlphaMarts was super helpful and quickly sent me a new chair and the missing hardware. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional they were the whole time.
Sofas and rockers
I recently bought two sets of sofas and rockers. The furniture is really nice and well-built. But when I put together one of the sofas, I saw that there was an extra piece. I got two part Cs instead of part C and part D. It was annoying, but I contacted customer support and they were amazing. They fixed the problem fast and made sure I got the right part. I was impressed by how they took care of everything and made sure I was happy. This really shows how a company should treat its customers.
Patio chairs purchase
My new patio chairs got here right on time and were a breeze to put together. They even included extras of all the screws, washers, and parts, which was a nice surprise, even though I didn't end up needing them. When I freaked out thinking I had lost some tools, the customer service was super quick getting back to me. Turns out, the tools had just slipped off onto the garage floor. I got this L-Shaped outdoor couch from a store and it was a good deal. The materials they used were good quality. But there were a couple of hiccups once I got it. They forgot a part and the assembly instructions didn't match up. Luckily, the customer service at AlphaMart was on it and sent me the missing part right away. They kept me in the loop the whole time. As for putting it together, we just had to figure it out ourselves since the instructions were a bust.
Storage cabinet purchase
I just bought a storage cabinet from this store, but when I tried putting it together, I found out they gave me the wrong piece. I just bought a sofa at this store and ran into a problem because one part was labeled wrong, so I couldn't put it together. I'm an older lady and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was for me to put together this 7 piece patio set in only 2 days. At first, those instructions seemed kinda intimidating, but they were actually pretty easy to follow. Luckily, all the pieces were there and the final look is fantastic. I would definitely suggest this set and this company to others!
Outdoor dining chairs with a rough arm
I wanted to share about my recent experience purchasing 8 outdoor dining chairs. Most of them were easy to put together, but one chair had a rough arm with metal bits sticking out.
