Moisturizer purchase
I bought this moisturizer that was all clumpy, sticky, and made my skin feel like the desert. The company admitted they messed up the texture in that batch, but they only offered to replace it if I sent back the original to their hard-to-reach FREEPOST address. Even though I showed them my receipt, they still wanted me to mail it back. Their customer service was zero help and pretty rude, and they didn't waste any time blaming me for the problem. I definitely won't be giving them any more of my business.
