Maternal Grandfather information
I was really surprised by how much info I found about my grandpa on this website. My mom's dad died when she was young, so we didn't know much about him. But with the stuff on this site, I got a better picture of his life and where he came from. The documents and records I found were not only cool to read, but also helped me fill in some missing parts of my family tree.

Online shopping experience
My experience with this online store was a wild one. My first order was a disaster, had to request a refund twice before finally getting the product on the third try. Gotta say, getting the refund was surprisingly easy and quick, which is a good thing. When I finally received the item, I was super happy with the quality. The pants fit perfectly and looked even better in person. Delivery and pricing were both spot-on. The package came quickly, and the prices were unbeatable compared to other sites. Overall, even though there was a rough start, I'm happy with my purchase and might shop here again in the future.

Outdoor dining chairs with a rough arm
I wanted to share about my recent experience purchasing 8 outdoor dining chairs. Most of them were easy to put together, but one chair had a rough arm with metal bits sticking out. I contacted customer support and they got back to me in just a day. They figured out the problem right away and sent me a replacement part, which arrived quickly. Swapping out the defective arm was a simple fix, and now my chairs are good as new!

5 dresses
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in the customer service I have received from your company. Recently, I ordered five items from your website with a total value of $300. Unfortunately, I received all the items in size small, which is my regular size but all of the dresses was so small it could fit my 9 year old daughter who is 80 pounds.
Since then, I have been trying to initiate an exchange with your company to obtain the correct size, which is a medium but your customer service is tell me I would owe you a difference of $50 for the same exact item that I paid for in full. However, the process has been incredibly frustrating and unproductive. I have been going back-and-forth with your customer service team for 15 days now, and I still have not been able to get anything accomplished.
The lack of responsiveness and assistance I have experienced from your customer service team is unacceptable. I never expected to be treated in such a manner. It is extremely disappointing to me that a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction has failed so spectacularly in this instance.
I am asking for exactly what I paid for. I’m not asking for a handout. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I urge you to take swift action to rectify this situation and provide me with the necessary support to complete the exchange process promptly. I hope to receive a prompt response from your team and a resolution to this issue that is satisfactory.Review about: Boriz

Horrible customer service, took over 3 months for the ques to actually ship with no communication, then when it finally did ship, this company shipped it to a city over 300 miles away from my location, and when I reached out to find out more information they essentially said not our problem, we got your money, I don’t care if you get your product.
Luckily, I have many receipts and if I don’t receive my product in a weeks time, I will be contacting my bank (which has already been informed of the situation prior) to initiate the refund process. It’s sad too, because I was really looking forward to playing with these ques.Review about: Tinstree
Ankle booties
Awful! Do not buy from Tinstree. My shoes REEK of chemicals, they smell like gasoline!
I cannot wear them. When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to pay to ship them back or suggested I gift them.
I had the same issue Crystal. The smell was horrible, and sadly I almost could have tried to fix if they looked even remotely like the picture.
