Morning surprise turned win
Right in the middle of getting kids out the door the package showed up, and I honestly did not expect it to work out so well. The name necklace and little earrings were for everyday wear, and at first the lettering seemed off — I messaged customer service because I wanted it fixed. They were patient, sent clear photos, arranged a replacement and even covered shipping back (took a couple of days, but totally worth it). Now I wear the set to work and on weekends; glad they sorted it and kept me in the loop.
Looked good, details messed up
site says they'll refund errors, but they want me to pay return shipping and gave 50% credit. We've been emailing for a week; I'm contacting my bank. Surprising bit: metal and packaging actually looked nicer. I won't order again until this is fixed.

Tiny chain, big feelings
Wearing this little photo chain every day felt kind of like a tiny hug — I really loved it, seriously. It finally broke at the clasp and that stung because it holds a picture of my mom; I take care of my jewelry, so I was surprised. I reached out for help and the rep named Blink was kind of curt, basically saying I should've cared for it and offering 30% off — which I appreciate, but I was hoping they'd offer a repair or a clearer solution. The piece itself is sentimental and lovely, and still makes me happy, but the customer service left me uneasy.
Small win, mixed bag
I ordered a photo chain for my mom in late November and it arrived in three days — neat packaging, no visible damage, so first impression was good. I started wearing it right away. After a couple of weeks the clasp popped off; I take care of my jewelry, so that was annoying. I contacted customer service and spoke with someone named Blink. Blink was pretty curt, basically said jewelry needs care and offered 30% off. I mean, not great customer handling, but the discount did help cover a replacement, so I'm relieved delivery was fine even if the service felt cold.
