Shoes
I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago, and man, I gotta tell ya, I'm really bummed out about it. The shoes I got were seriously not up to par and definitely didn't match up to how they were described online. It feels like they're straight up lying to us customers with all that false advertising.
Plus-size clothing order
I've bought plus-size clothes from this store a few times and every time I've been really happy with everything. The website is easy to use, which makes it simple to find what I want and order it. The shipping is fast and always right on time, so I get my stuff when I expect it. I love how they have so many different plus-size clothes to choose from on the website, it's hard to find cute stuff in bigger sizes sometimes. Overall, I think this store is great and I'll definitely keep coming back for more stuff.
Fast Service, Consistent Updates
I just bought something from this place and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how fast everything went and how they kept me in the loop on my order. The thing I got was exactly what they said it would be, and the whole thing was easy-peasy. I'll definitely be buying from them again real soon.

I bought an Assassin's hoodie a couple of months back and I gotta say, it was a really awesome experience. I bought a long-sleeved t-shirt and it totally disappointed me. The fabric felt weird and the colors weren't as bright as they looked online. It was a waste of my money, time, and energy. The shirt was nothing like how it was described online. I was really bummed out by how low quality it was and how it looked.
Bat wing jumper
I ordered this cool bat wing jumper from this company, but instead, I got a cheap long sleeve tee. I tried emailing them several times to sort it out, but they kept saying the tee was what I asked for. Can you believe they even asked if I wanted to keep the wrong item? It feels like a total scam, and I'm not getting my money back anytime soon. This whole situation is just frustrating.

I had such a good experience with their customer service! My order was late, but they quickly looked into it and figured out that it got lost during delivery. They sent me a replacement right away at no extra charge. The Star Wars hoodie I got for my husband was a big hit - he really loved the design and it fit perfectly.

I bought something custom-made from this shop recently and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed with how they treated me. They have a killer selection of stuff to choose from and the staff really knows their stuff. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service is top-notch - they even sent me updates on my order via email and followed up to see if I was happy with my purchase. It's not easy to find service like that nowadays, so I really want to give them props for all the effort they put into their business.

Art deco ceiling lamp
I got this really awesome art deco ceiling lamp online, but when it arrived, the packaging was so weak. The glass shade was completely shattered into pieces. They did send me a replacement quickly, but I made sure to ask them to pack it better this time. Surprisingly, the second one came in the same flimsy packaging and was also broken. And to top it off, they sent me a third one in the same lousy packaging and, you guessed it, broken again! Can you believe it? Now they want me to ship all of them back to China if I want my money back, which is totally unfair. I just want a cool lamp that's not in a million pieces, you know?
Outdoor LED light purchase
I just got this outdoor LED light from this company. It came broken, but they quickly sent me a new one, which was awesome. Then, I also bought an outdoor portable night light, and it arrived in perfect condition. Their customer service was really on top of things and super friendly, always ready to help with any questions. The staff was really nice and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.
Star Trek inspired hoodie
The hoodie I bought was supposed to look like a Star Trek uniform top, and it did in that regard. But, the material wasn't great quality and the sizing guide was off. It said the hoodie runs small, so I got a bigger size, but it was too big. Still, the design was spot on and I liked the effort put into that.
Recent online purchase
I recently bought something online from this company and was pretty bummed to find out that they ship straight from China. They didn't mention this at all when I was making my purchase, so I ended up waiting for 10 whole business days with my order just saying "processing". When I finally reached out to ask about what was going on, they told me it was because of the Chinese New Year. They offered me a tiny 5% discount if my stuff didn't ship by mid-March, which would've meant waiting another 2 months. I couldn't handle that, so I just canceled my order right then and there and asked for a refund.
Broken chandelier
I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought a chandelier that came broken and I couldn't use it at all. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they were no help and couldn't fix the problem. After going back and forth for weeks, I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. It was a total nightmare and I definitely recommend avoiding this company.

I bought this super cool Butterfly Camouflage Print Zipper Long Sleeve Windproof Hooded Jacket and I couldn't be happier with it! It was my first time ordering from this website and I was a little unsure at first, but as soon as I got the jacket, all my doubts vanished. The quality is amazing and the design is so cool and different. I get compliments every time I wear it, and I even got one for my mother-in-law because she adores the fun look it gives on gloomy days.
