I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in the customer service I have received from your company. Recently, I ordered five items from your website with a total value of $300. Unfortunately, I received all the items in size small, which is my regular size but all of the dresses was so small it could fit my 9 year old daughter who is 80 pounds.
Since then, I have been trying to initiate an exchange with your company to obtain the correct size, which is a medium but your customer service is tell me I would owe you a difference of $50 for the same exact item that I paid for in full. However, the process has been incredibly frustrating and unproductive. I have been going back-and-forth with your customer service team for 15 days now, and I still have not been able to get anything accomplished.
The lack of responsiveness and assistance I have experienced from your customer service team is unacceptable. I never expected to be treated in such a manner. It is extremely disappointing to me that a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction has failed so spectacularly in this instance.
I am asking for exactly what I paid for. I’m not asking for a handout. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I urge you to take swift action to rectify this situation and provide me with the necessary support to complete the exchange process promptly. I hope to receive a prompt response from your team and a resolution to this issue that is satisfactory.Returned two dresses
This company is asking for my tacking number. I guess if I say I don’t have one they will say my package is lost. I have never had anyone ask me for my tracking number. I sent everything back step by step and did not proceed until after I sent screenshots of the items I wanted to return. I have 18 emails total back and forth. The last one is me sending them a picture of my receipt showing I sent the package back. I did not give them my tracking number. My package has a return label on it and it has not gone back to me. I think they have it and want to keep my money. I have never had any issues with getting a refund for any other company. This is insane.
Off the shoulder dress
Long story delivery timeframe is the worse . Order your item at least 2 months early. I was so afraid that i wasnt going to get my dress in time and that material was gojng to be horrible but thr material great. Oh ans the color was super not the same. But my dress by far was a hit I WILL OREDER AGAIN

I ordered a dress from Bellabarnett which was nothing like what it appeared to be online. I reached out to them for a possible refund in April 2021. They instead offered me an exchange which I agreed to. It is now 3 months later and I have yet to receive my exchange. Instead all I get from them is excuse after excuse about the dress that should have been shipped out (it's in production, it's still in production, it's expected to be in stock any day now) . They are a complete SCAM. If I could give less than 1 star I would. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP WITH THEM.
Dresses
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Dresses are awful and they don’t even let you return them. NEVER order from this company. Customer service is also very rude.
Nerlii Floral Dress
Ordered a dress, at the time I placed the order this dress had no size chart on the website. Ordered a size L, it does not fit. Beautiful dress no issue there, good quality and exactly as in the picture, just it is not a large. Now I am trying to return it as L is the largest size they offer and it is clearly not for me. The website policy clearly says within 30 days of receiving you can make a return and that “customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns)” but now they are trying to force me to choose another dress off their site as an exchange rather than refunding me. They will not provide the refund address. I am extremely upset.

Buyer beware! I ordered 2 dresses on 7/24/21 and received them on 7/28/21. The dresses were too tight and look funny. One dress didn’t even a tag on it. I emailed the business on 7/29/21 requesting to return them. Bella Barnet asked if I want to exchange. I said no and they sent another email saying they are willing to exchange. I told them I want to return then I received an email from them “ Hi,
If you don't want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs(which will exceed $80 or more). We will refund you(except for the freight) when our Asian suppliers receive the items and see that it will not affect the second sale(Not remove the tag, unwashed, no soiling, no odor, no damage to clothing, etc.). If possible, we will send you the return address. Please be advised.

First of all, they have facility located in CA and I’m not 6 hrs from them that’s why I received the dresses with 4 days. Bella Barnet did not disclose this on their website site. I told them I’m going to report them for being unethical. I wrote on their Facebook then they blocked me.
