Children's books
I just bought some children's books from this store and I gotta say, the service was awesome. I placed my order only a week before Christmas and I was thrilled when it was shipped out the very next day. The books got to me on Christmas Eve, just in the nick of time for the holidays. I was blown away by how quick and smooth the delivery was. And the books themselves were great quality too. I'll definitely be coming back for more and I totally recommend this store to anyone looking for kids' books.

Dried and preserved foods
I've been getting my dried and preserved foods from this place every year since 2021. They always have what I need and the prices are pretty good. When the pandemic hit, they sometimes ran out of stuff, but now they've got a nice variety. Their shipping is unbelievably quick, and everything always arrives intact. And get this - none of the food I've received has been expired!

Online order delivery experience
Man, ordering stuff online was a total disaster for me. That website was a mess, super hard to figure out and left me feeling frustrated. I signed up for text alerts, but never got a single notification about my package. When I tried reaching out to Customer Service, the supervisor said they'd call me back in 20 minutes, but that never happened. To top it off, when I gave them my home phone number, they somehow got it all mixed up with a different one. And don't even get me started on the delivery drivers! They completely ignored the notes and left my package on the ground by the driveway, even though I specifically told them where to put it.

I just pre-ordered something that wasn't out yet, only to get it really soon after. I wasn't expecting it to be available already, but Tackle Direct came through for me. New socks, different from previous pair
I'm feeling kind of let down by the socks I got from you all recently. I got a pair from you guys over a year ago and I totally adored them. But this time, it feels like there's been some changes in the wool quality, the toe area, and the material of the sole. It's hard for me to love this new pair as much as the old one. However, I will admit that the overall construction quality is still really good.

App installation issues
I had some issues at first getting the app on my Android, but I found some useful instructions on the website. It's working fine now, but it keeps switching off on its own every day, and that's really annoying.

Off the shoulder dress
Long story delivery timeframe is the worse . Order your item at least 2 months early. I was so afraid that i wasnt going to get my dress in time and that material was gojng to be horrible but thr material great. Oh ans the color was super not the same. But my dress by far was a hit I WILL OREDER AGAIN
