    LA to the Bay trip

    I recently took a trip from LA to the Bay, and let me tell you, it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. We covered California, Nevada, and Arizona, and everything went super smoothly from beginning to end. The flights, transfers, the tour itself, and the places we stayed were all top-notch. I definitely felt like I got my money's worth. It's a bummer that I'll be too old for these trips soon. I wish they could extend the age limit so I could keep going on these awesome adventures. And those negative reviews I've seen? I have to disagree because my experience was totally positive.

But to get the assurance i prefer Contiki,they are the ideal and they have all the checklist marked for me
    So i just have to inform about where i am planning to go and TA DA! everything is completed for me already
    so this is the easiest and most confident travel agency i found in last five years

    Cancelled tour

    Refund request for cancelled trips

    I just had to get a refund for some trips that got canceled because of everything going on. At first, they put the full amount into this Travel Fund thing, which I didn't really want. But when I told them about it, they were super nice and understanding. They sorted out a cash refund for me real quickly, no problems at all. I was really impressed with how smooth and professional they were the whole time.

    Tour cancellation and lack of communication

    I had a really bad experience with a tour company that canceled my Andean Crossing tour while I was already overseas. I only found out from another trip manager and could have ended up in a dangerous situation if I had gone ahead with the trip. Even though I had done four other tours with them before, they didn't bother to let me know about the cancellation or help me make new travel arrangements. It was a major safety issue and I won't be booking with them ever again. Do yourself a favor and find a more dependable tour company!

    My first trip was amazing, but the second one ended up getting canceled and they only gave me credit instead of a refund. It's making me question if I'll ever travel with them again. It doesn't seem right that they keep making plans for trips and then canceling mine.

    Insurance purchase for canceled honeymoon

    I just bought some travel insurance for my honeymoon, but then had to cancel it because of COVID-19. I tried to reschedule, like the company said, instead of getting a refund, but I'm still not ready to travel. I found out the insurance doesn't cover pandemics or furloughs, which was a bummer since I'm furloughed. This whole situation has me thinking twice about booking with them again. I'll probably look into other travel options next time.

    Refund issue

    I had a really frustrating situation with this company over a refund problem. They said I'd get all my money back according to their rules, but then only gave me some of it. I've been trying to get it sorted out for 3 months now, but no luck. It's so annoying to be treated like this, particularly being a student. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking to travel.

    Cancelled tour, extra expenses

    My experience with that tour company was a total nightmare. I booked and paid for a tour, only for them to cancel it out of the blue. I ended up having to shell out more money to change my flights and join a whole different tour. And what really got to me was the complete lack of any kind of formal apology, compensation, or even a voucher to make up for the hassle and money I lost. It felt like they gave zero importance to my business or cared at all about how their actions affected me. Other tour companies have plans in place to make sure tours happen, no matter what, which got me thinking why I even went with this company in the first place.

    This company is just ridiculous. I booked a trip with them, and they went ahead and canceled it without giving me my money back. Can you believe that? They don't even stick to their own rules. It's totally outrageous. They clearly don't care about their customers and only want to cash in. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. Stay away from them.

    Canceled trip, charged twice, terrible customer service

    I, uh, planned this really awesome trip, right? But then it got canceled ‘cause of the weather. And get this - they charged me TWICE for it! And not even the same amount both times! When I try to reach out about it, they just keep saying it’ll get taken care of quickly, but it never does! They owe me over $3000 and I’m just stuck here waiting. Ugh, this customer service is the worst. I’m never gonna recommend this company to my friends. We might even have to get a lawyer involved, it’s that bad!

    Disappointed with recent trip reservation

    I just had the worst experience with this travel company I've been using for forever. They hooked me up with a trip, got me all excited, and then out of nowhere, they're like, "Oops! You didn't pay so we're canceling on you." I tried to get in touch with them so many times during that week, but they're just dodging me, saying they tried reaching out. Like, hello? My phone never rang once! Nobody over there even bothered to help me out, so it's on them. Their loss, not mine.

    Trip cancellation and refund issues

    Man, my experience with this company was a major letdown. I booked a trip with them, but then it got canceled because of some unexpected stuff. Their rules said I should get a full refund, but it took them more than three months of going back and forth to give me only a partial refund in the form of a voucher. I had to threaten to bring in my credit card company and talk about legal action before they finally gave me some more money back, but I was still not happy about how they handled everything. In the end, I had to get my credit card company involved to get a full refund. I've taken more than 20 trips with these guys and as a loyal customer, I'm really let down by how they dealt with this whole situation.

    Trip refund policy

    I can't believe how bold this company is to keep my money tied up for a trip I booked. I was really looking forward to this trip that I planned way back in 2018, only for it to get canceled last minute because of the pandemic. And you know what? They not only said no to giving me my money back, but they also wouldn't budge on at least giving me a partial refund if I booked a cheaper trip instead. Such a total rip-off!

    Trip reservation denied

    I planned a trip, paid in full, but got denied last minute. Lost money and had to chase them down for a refund. Such a frustrating experience, left a bad taste in my mouth.
